Costa Med Bistro+Wine

Wonderful experience. We arrived 30 minutes before our reservation and despite been full they were able to accommodate us and went out of their way to help us feel welcome. food was wonderful and service exceptional.

It's always so nice to stumble onto a restaurant as excellent as Costa Med. It's rare to find a restaurant that rates five stars in all categories, but this one definitely does. We liked it so much that we went back the following night.

We were blown away how delicious our dinner was. Truly a special, neighborhood gem! I would travel back into Key Biscayne, just to come to the restaurant. Gracious hosts and a fantastic experience! Highly recommend!

Costa Med Continues to be the best restaurant in Key Biscayne. On this visit, but not earlier visits, we found it noisy. The noise reached the point we could not hear each other across the booth. Veal chop was a tad underwhelming. I would not recommend it. Zucchini carpaccio, short ribs, Ravioli and other dishes were delicious. Guava soufflé was superb. Order it early as it quickly sells out . 

As an Italian born and bred eating a Costa Med feels like eating at my favorite restaurant in Milano or in Tuscany where I was born Food cooked to perfection, delicate to the tongue and with beautiful touches and additions. Love that the music is very pleasant and we can actually talk Great experience every time thank you DonatellaD

The food at Costa Med was absolutely incredible. We dined on New Year's Day while visiting Key Biscayne on vacation. Unfortunately, our server was rather cold and did not seem to appreciate the fact that we had our (well-behaved) young children with us. She dropped our dessert and check off quickly, with hardly a 'thank you' and could clearly not wait to be rid of us. I'd recommend the restaurant, but not to anyone who hopes to dine as a family.

Wish there were more vegan options. The zucchini carpaccio is delicious though!

Simply World-Class Perfection
Costamed is a true culinary escape, delivering a flawless 5-star experience from start to finish. The ambiance is stunning—rustic, elegant, and instantly transports you to the Mediterranean coast. Service is impeccable; our server was attentive and offered excellent recommendations. Every dish is a masterpiece: the Seafood Paella was rich and savory, and the Grilled Lamb Chops melted off the bone. They use peak-fresh ingredients, and the presentation is artful. If you are looking for an unforgettable meal, Costamed is an absolute must-visit!

We have come here several times over the years and really loved the food but last night was a bit of a disappointment . My wife had an avocado and tomato salad with chicken that was much too salty and I had the branzino which was simple and uninspiring. The service was quite good and the ambiance was fine. Maybe just bad luck for one evening .

There was a big party and it was terribly noisy! Could not have a conversation with my guest nor enjoy our dinner. Very annoying.

Herzog the waiter is excellent. Makes sure all your request are taken care of. Very professional.
