The worst service. The food is ok. Too bad the service is miserable! I have never had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. I wish I could put zero stars.If you order online you don’t really know when your order is going to arrive even it says half an hour it’s been one hour and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve spent the last 30 minutes calling and I only get a busy signal.If you go in person they also take forever to bring the food.Since there aren’t many options for delivery where I live I forget and I keep coming back and I’m never disappointed in how terrible the services.When you talk to them and tell them your experience it’s like they don’t care.This is the last time I ever order from here.The horrible service has nothing with to do with the pandemia...it’s been like this since the day they open.By the time you actually get the food. You are so frustrated that you really don’t even enjoy it.

I sad to see a place so poorly staffed. This morning we were waiting at 9AM to discover that is too early for breakfast. Unfortunately we insisted at lunch time. Waited 50' for a pizza after receiving a terrible attitude from the server. Save yourself the disappointment. Many other great options in Key Biscayne.

Came here today with a friend and the smoothie I got was so yummy and fresh! The juice my friend got was also very tasty and healthy. They have a great menu with different options and everything here is healthy. Lots of vegan and gluten free options too! The woman at the front was really nice. Place is clean too which is a plus. Will definitely be coming back for smoothies/juices, and soon for their popular açaí bowls!!

This place is a hidden gem. It has soo many options for healthy dishes and desserts. They have only been open for a couple of months. I can't believe I was missing out. The staff is also super friendly, the hours aren't the best 8-3. A lot of people like the aci fruit bowls. You definitely have to come to check them out. In your lunch hour...

Had the absolute WORST experience at this place. The chicken empanadas was rotten, the chicken smelled horribly and it was completely expired. I am pregnant and this is unsafe for the general public. The manager charged us for the rest of the order and was unhelpful, no customer service skills nor common decency. Now, of course, my stomach hurts and I am sick. I DO NOT recommend anyone to step foot in this place, completely unsafe.

Freshest place ever! Everything I have ever gotten from here has been amazing. The quinoa falafel in the vegan bowl pairs perfect with the anti-cellulitico green juice! Last time was a fresh coconut water.. just deliciously healthy fresh and beautiful dishes and beverages

I paid 20.00 for a chicken salad it was fresh and good but just a salad without anything extraordinary about it, the dressing was served on the side in a small covered plastic cup which was really very little for the amount of salad so I ended up eating less than half of the salad because I was out of dressing. It was a to-go order. They charged me 18% of tip that was included in my bill as obligatory to pay. I did not get any service from a waiter just to take the order and put it in a brown bag. I really don't understand why they charge a tip of 18 % for that is ridiculous. The waiter that took my order was a nice person but he did not provide any service to other than me paying and give me the bag. Would I go again to this restaurant the answer is no.

KB desperately needs healthy restaurants so I hate to give this a poor review, but it is very disorganised and generally gives bad service. The food is ok at best. I will happily pay a premium for organic good quality food, but this is incredibly overpriced and not organic (based on their menu). To be clear, their menu prices are reasonable but with the added surcharges for tip and for their enviro friendly containers it is insane. It makes taking a simple bagel with nothing on it, to go come to over 8$. I know restaurants that use compostable sustainable packaging and don't upcharge so high as an add on. Also, the wait was long for all 3 times I went. Phone manners were terrible when I ordered the 4th time for pickup. The woman was yelling to someone else while speaking to me, and then called back to say they didn't have the vegan protein I ordered (unapologetically) so I was forced to wait longer and to order a more expensive item. Given it 4 tries, but no good experiences.
Great healthy options of my favorite foods! For a healthy foody this place is 100% recommended!

Incredible tasty food that is fresh and healthy! TheY have a diverse menu that offers options for those seeking healthy eats - as well as more traditional fare. My kids love it here - especially the daIry free ice cream machine! Yum! We go all the time because we live close. Lucky us!!

Do not order online! I ordered at 11:15 am. Food arrived at 12:35pm. AND they charge $5.00 delivery fee. An hour and a half for a salad and a sandwich which is less than a mile away (4 minutes). Their food is tasty but don’t order delivery if you are at work because you will not get your lunch on time.
