Service was not as expected, waiter was not nice at all, she needs to be better trained to be amigable to the guests. We asked for sparking water, she gave us the plastic San Pelegrino bottles. We asked for glasses with ice, she was not happy about it, and not able to comply our request to pay part of the bill in a separate card. CERO AMIGABLE! Food was good and we where asked at least 3-4 times if everything was OK, better be supervising and training the staff that to insist if the food was ok.

We are a Brazilian family living in California, and we spent this summer in Key Biscayne, where we went to Milanezza several times. Each visit was a great experience. the food was always fresh and flavorful, Especial the milanezzas and the atmosphere lively and welcoming.
A big thank you to Jozue for his friendly and attentive service, and to Eliza, the manager, for her kindness and professionalism and to be so kind with our dog. They made us feel truly at home.
We definitely recommend Milanezza to anyone who wants excellent food and nice dining experience in Key Biscayne. We will be back soon!
