I bought Pavlova a long time ago and the quality was wonderful, unfortunately today I looked for one thinking that its flavor was the same and the flavor was very unpleasant, it tasted like very strong expired walnuts. the arequipe was not the same either!! The quality and flavor definitely went down a lot.

Today December 24th I called to make sure they had extra Pavlovas and a lady returned my call stating they had and just didn’t have my wallet with me to make the payment but anyway told her I’ll get it from my car and I’ll be on the way to pick it up she said that’s fine.
Drove all the way from Doral to the store and calling trying to make the payment, right passing the Miami Sea Quarium someone called saying there were no more Pavlovas are you serious??? I stopped doing everything to come pick this up, next time someone competent needs to be on the phone.
Desserts are delicious and yes overpriced. Definitely worth trying them. However, their over the phone customer service is horrible. Lady was extremely rude, had no patience when I couldn’t hear her over the phone because of her muffled voice. Didn’t give me time to ask questions and after she got my payment information proceeded to hang up on me. Based on other reviews, this is the trend. It’s quite unfortunate such a successful establishment doesn’t care to try better.
