They never pick up the phone, so order with one of the usual apps… then check your order when you pick it up because they are 0/2 getting it right for us. Also fairly expensive for what you get.

Crazy prices for garbage food and portions. If you're thinking about coming here just go to the subway nearby, it'll taste better and cost less.

We were on Key Biscayne for a conference and wanted to try local places. Being tired of fancy conference food, we tried Pop’s. It was wonderful! We both had burgers and they were great. Fries were nice and crispy and onion rings were great. Staff was super friendly. Love the option of outdoor seating, too! We’ll definitely be back before we leave!

Called for takeout order. Was told I had to order through grub hub. Grub hub said they showed restaurant as closed and couldn’t take my order. Called restaurant again. Guy said they were open and couldn’t take my order because they didn’t have a card machine to process by phone. Argued with me that grub hub was working right. Called grub hub again, they insisted they showed restaurant as closed and couldn’t take my order. Pops lost my business tonight and forever because they didn’t take care of a hungry customer. Terribly run business with no common sense or customer service. Too bad, they had good burgers.

Just called to order, took 6 tries and all went to voicemail. Tried the 7th time and instead of taking my order over the phone, they said I had to order through Uber Eats. So now I can't order because I don't use an app? You would think when I said I'm not doing that they would have taken the order. Terrible business practice to turn away business.

The burgers were AWSOME OMG the Best burger i’ve ever tried in my life and the service was incredibly good and kind and it’s a very nice environment to go with all the family!!

By far the best burgers in town! Such a great environment, wonderful for the family and amazing food! 10/10 recommend!
