The staff was rude about tips. Even they don’t really care of us, they requested tips as 18% minimum. We explained that this is a suggestion, we don’t need to pay 18% tips for the bad quality of service. Although we offered %10 tip, they don’t like the amount. To discuss tips issue with us was so rude attitude. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

Service was very bad. Food taste was bad. Price is high. Staff didn’t take care of us. Ambiance was bad. Music sound level was too high. We couldn’t hear each other very well. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

I love this place! Authentic & delicious :) impeccable serviceSeriously, i’m Italian and have the high NY standards as well when it comes to dining, and this spot passes the test. You can smell the flavors and the garlic in the restaurant. So good. So fresh. The linguini with clams is my go to.

We love, love celebrating our anniversary here at Randazzo's Yesenia has giving the place a family atmosphere. The music is welcoming the staff is great , always attentive at your service . Amazing selection of wine , margaritas and also desert. And let's not forget the traditional Italian cuisine. Their homemade dishes are to die for .We had the opportunity to share memories here with my wife and our family multiple times and it's always an experience!Thank you guysSee you soon !

One of the worse Italian meals I HAVE EVER eaten! I consider myself a foodie, often traveling the world and appreciating good food in my own backyard. Therefore, I was unpleasantly surprised to receive an order in which my lemon chicken was burnt and overcooked so that it resembled a charred body part from a crash scene. As it was inedible I had to throw it away. The eggplant Parmigiana was undercooked and the skin was tough to cut. The escarole bean soup was somewhat the only saving grace. I don't recommend anyone eating here. Miami has many other wonderful Italian restaurants and sadly, this isn't one of them.

Visited this Randazzo's location and the food was delicious from the sausage appetizer to the main course. I had the penne allá vodka with chicken and hubby had the special which was the pear stuffed pasta. Both dishes were fabulous. We will definitely return!!

My husband and I had dinner last night and it was probably the best Italian restaurant we ever ate at. We will definitely be back. Our servers Adrianna and Joseph were wonderful.

Awesome service and fantastic pasta that is perfectly cooked, with a wonderful marinara sauce... as good as any I have had in Italy.

Randazzo's is good. The service staff are excellent. The food was ok. Great location for groups and celebrating a birthday event. My wife really enjoyed the meat ball and salad dish.

Probably the best Italian meal I've had in Miami in a long time. Snapper was incredible and I had to ask for a bottle of the sauce. Wife's shrimp and pasta special were to die for. Service was off the charts. Highly recommend Randazzo's. Worth the drive.

It has been years since I've been here. They used to be located in Coral Gables, but regardless of the location, this place does not disappoint. The Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp & Mushrooms entree was delicious. Both the Home made Meatballs and Breaded Mozzarella (oversized) sticks where also very good addition to the course. I would recommend this place for those who want to enjoy some classic gourmet Italian cousin. ??

Quaint restaurant in Key Biscayne with a long history of exceptional cuisine, ambience and impeccable service. We were a party of 4 and all tried different dishes. We especially loved the seafood risotto, the Sebastián Snapper francese and the staple spaghetti meatball dinner. We also had a wonderful appetizer with several cold cuts, cheeses and olives. As far as desserts, we really enjoyed the tiramisu and canoli. This is fine dining without all the hoopla and social media worthy bars. You'll thank yourself for coming, the food is that amazing and you'll love the service as the staff is top notch.

We had a large group and on minimal notice, Randazzo’s accommodated all of us and treated us like family. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were all great.Needless to say, this will be our go to restaurant whenever we are back in the area.
