Great food! Thanksgiving menu was great. Service was great. Family had a great time with our waiter - Ricky Ricardo.

First time there taking out-of-towners returning on a cruise. One guest has been here before on a business trip, but the rest hasn't. Loved in Miami 11 years and been wanting to come and finally made it. Excellent service and food, (Sunday brunch), the atmosphere and view, will definitely be back. Just wish there was a self-park option, and hard to find the entrance - felt like driving through the marina was the wrong way.

Absolutely amazing our server made great suggestions for us very happy with the overall of everything. Definitely when we're back in Miami we will be coming back.

Everything about the experience is very good. The valet parking is well done. The front is friendly. The service is super friendly and professional. And the food is quite good. Overall a very nice time.

I heard a lot about your restaurant, but last night I was completely disappointed by the service from the waitress, it was very bad. She was not friendly and did not serve us well. Imagine if she brought the sachime we ordered and did not bring us any plates or napkins. The only time she was friendly was when I went to collect the bill. I am very disappointed.

We arrived 15 minutes before our 4:30 PM reservation and checked in with the hostess. She told us we would have to wait, which we understood and didn't mind at first. However, as we continued waiting, several other parties walked in without reservations and were seated immediately. After pointing this out, we were finally taken to a table. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse from there. Once we were seated, no server ever came by to greet us, offer water, or even acknowledge that we were there. We sat there waiting and waiting, and ultimately decided to just leave. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish, and we didn't even get the chance to order. We had been looking forward to dining here, but the lack of organization and customer service made it impossible to enjoy our visit.

Top level food and service from beginning to end. We had a beautiful view of the Miami skyline. Every dish was delicious. We tried the specialty espresso martini and the caviar tasting. So much fun and a unique experience. Couldn't recommend it enough. Perfect special occasion restaurant. They make everyone feel like a VIP

The food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was outstanding. Our waitress, Katrina, was attentive and took excellent care of us. I've been dining at the Rusty Pelican for over 30 years, and it has never disappointed.

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless. Lina, our server, was an absolute gem, attentive, kind, and genuinely made me feel celebrated.

A special surprise from the chef, a complimentary glass of prosecco, added such a thoughtful touch to the evening. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. And the views? Simply spectacular.

This place made my birthday truly memorable. I highly recommend it for any special occasion or just a night out that feels extraordinary.
