I love stopping at this Starbucks on the way to work or the beach! The team is always polite and very professional. In particular Sylvana is always serving with very positive attitude! But truly all the staff is always kind and very attentive.

On September 14, 2025, around 10:50 AM, my young grandson entered the Starbucks at Key Biscayne (located at 200 Crandon Blvd) because he was dehydrated after spending time in the heat. With no money to make a purchase, he asked a staff member for a simple glass of water, but the request was denied, forcing him to leave and find help elsewhere. This was especially disappointing in an affluent neighborhood like Key Biscayne, where one might expect more compassion and community-oriented service, particularly for a child's well-being. This incident left a lasting negative impression. I hope Starbucks reviews its policies on assisting customers in genuine need to ensure this doesn't happen to others—perhaps by training staff on handling emergencies or offering water freely. An apology or explanation from management would be appreciated

Horrible experience. Waited forever for 2 drink and they were not good at all..I ordered 2 mocha cookie crumble frappuccinos and they were basically ice and whipped cream...barely any mocha...no cookie crumble..horrible horrible.. I asked for non dairy vanilla cream and was given straight milk...disgusted!! Would not be back.

Scolding hot capuchino with no foam. Asked for a change for being late: scolding hot latte with capuchino foam. I spent there half an hour, and had only two sips of very bad coffee.
