Came here on New Years Day 2024. Extremely busy and crowded, line out the door for 30/45 minutes. Staff was patient and friendly throughout. I tried the new chicken maple butter breakfast sandwich, not bad. Drinks took a while because only one barista was on the bar, but they did a great job and were patient and kind. Great location and patio too.

My experience today at this Starbucks was terrible. It took a total of 25 minutes to order/receive my cup of coffee this afternoon. When you're paying an average of $6-8 for a cup of coffee, I find this to be unacceptable. I completely understand that I arrived just before the student dismissal rush in KB, but why would you just have 2 baristas for all of those in-person and mobile orders?!? And there were only 3 people in front of me before I ordered! One of the baristas kept asking the other one how to make the drink so clearly she was new. The other barista was moving at a snail's pace. It is not the baristas' fault; it is management. THIS IS POOR MANAGEMENT. If you're going to be cashing in on hundreds of dollars (at least) on a "teenage rush hour," then Starbucks gets to hire more employees for that hour- that are seasoned!

The staff here is so friendly. I witnessed a difficult customer give Andres a hard time and he never once responded with anything but a smile and positive tone. I was very impressed. Drake is also a lot of fun with his dry wit and welcoming tone. Oh, and they make great coffee too!

This location is great, the staff is always friendly and they go out of their way to try and meet one’s needs. When you walk in and they remember your name, it shows that they make an effort to make it a personal experience instead of just any other Starbucks selling coffee.
