Awesome place great food great wine, love the Chilean Sea Bass. Excellent service. A must eat. My go too. They also have cigars. Great place to bring a date. Tell them John Anthony sent you.

Manager was very rude and disrespectful
My meal came after my wife had finished her meal. When I complained the manager argued I was disrespectful ? He fails to
understand I’m a customer. It’s a small restaurant on a small island and keeping customers is vital. Shame on him

I visited Vinya yesterday around 3:50 PM to find seating for my coworkers who were set to arrive shortly. Since most of us are locals, we decided this spot would be great for our happy hour. While we didn’t have a reservation, I was hoping to secure a table. Upon arrival, the staff immediately informed me that all tables were reserved. When I asked for the reservation times, I was told that some were booked for 6 PM and others for 7 PM. Given that it wasn’t even 4 PM at the time, I was surprised that they were hesitant to seat me and focused instead on how I would eventually need to give up the table to accommodate future reservations.

I understand we had a larger group, but I found the initial interaction lacking in hospitality. That said, they did eventually accommodate us, and once my coworkers arrived, we enjoyed a great time with their happy hour drinks and food.

Later in the evening, as some of us moved to the bar area to wrap up, we were told that because the bar was full—and some of us were standing while others were seated—we would have to place all our orders under a single tab. We had done this before when seated at the table in our large group. This was highly inconvenient, as we had hoped to pay individually.

At that point, we chose to take our business elsewhere. While we appreciated the food and drinks, I believe there is room for improvement in the overall customer service experience.

Walked in the store for dinner for the first time, as we recently moved to Key Biscayne. We were not greeted at all. Asked the bartender for seating. He ignored us. Asked a male server who tried to accommodate us but didn’t. Asked another female server and she told us that I would be a while until she could try to seat us. There were plenty of open seats available.

Very rude staff. Management needs to look into this.

We are weekly regulars at Vinya Wine and I am still impressed at the quality of the food and the ever changing menu. The Duck Ragú Rigatoni was one of the best I have ever had ans the variety of appetizers are impressive. Lastly, Luca is one of the best servers I have come across in many years. He is on top of everything and makes one feel special and “at home!”

Loved the ambience! We ordered several small plates to share and what most stood out was the dates covered with bacon. Will be back.

Lovely shop and good food

Good food and liked we could buy a wine bottle there and enjoy with dinner! Lucas, our waiter, was friendly and very attentive, enhancing the night out. Enjoyable experience with friendly staff (waiter, head chef, wine store employees). Definitely worth visiting.

Juan and Lucas provided us with exceptional service. The food itself was outstanding, but their attentive and friendly service truly elevated the evening. Best food and service in Miami! Highly recommend!
