Not acceptable what Vinya’s manager did to us. We went there on Thursday in person to make a reservation for dinner tonight ( Saturday) for 8 people. This morning we called just to make sure that it was all set and add one guest to the party. For our bad surprise, they informed that reservation was confirmed for high-tables in the front. Deceptive! We didn’t accept and went there in person again. No luck. They have simply ignored what was agreed and maintained their position. Today was our farewell dinner and these people have damaged it. We cancelled the reservation and for sure, will never come back and never recommend it . Guess what else people like this can do to you, Too bad !

Surprisingly good food in a strip mall restaurant. The service was not amazing (the waiter either gave no attention, or was rushing us, and even took the plate away while I was still eating). The appetizers were not small, you can have one as your main if not too hungry. Another disappointment was the bread service: they gave literally 3 slices of toast with 2 apps that clearly required bread.

My dining experience at Vinya was outstanding, with exceptional food and top-notch service that made the evening memorable. However, the experience was slightly marred by unexpected wine surcharges, including a corkage fee and a gratuity on a bottle of wine, which I found to be excessive. While I highly recommend the restaurant for its culinary and service excellence, I advise wine lovers to inquire about these fees in advance for a fully enjoyable experience without surprises.

While, the serve’s experience may be stupendous and the environment delightful, i find myself feeling at odds. The moment you buy a bottle of wine for 80$ and receive a surcharged bill where post tip the total came to be 150$. I am shocked. I feel taken advantage of. Its been years since i have felt so abused. I would not recommended buying wine from this establishment if I you plan on drinking it with their food since it will cost you almost double to just simple have the pleasure of drinking the product you purchased at the establishment where you purchased it. This makes no sense and is reprehensible.

Our party did not feel welcome at first. We needed one more chair and although this was an easy request, we were made to feel that this was an impossible task. Meanwhile, our party was standing awkwardly around the table. Luckily, a patron left and gave us his chair and the problem was solved.

The happy hour is a delight. Varied menu and everything is very delicious. Wide selection of wines and liquor. Very nice atmosphere. Super recommended to go with friends.

The food is very good and this was one of our favorite restaurants that we went to often but no more. They do not honor their reservations! We reserved but when we arrived they refused to give us the area we reserved in and didn't even offer an apology or explanation. It was a Saturday night so impossible to reserve anywhere else. Not nice!

The experience at Vinya is excellent! The food is amazing, the atmosphere is incomparable to the rest of the restaurants in the neighborhood. Bar tender Tony is really attentive and nice, make sure to order him a drink called “lost in the DR”.. you wont regret it!

What a great wine and liquor shop! The selection is amazing and varied. The prices are in line with my experience elsewhere, if not a little better. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I haven’t had the opportunity to eat there yet, but maybe on my next visit to Key Biscayne I will.
