Food is good service is terrible. Our waiter was a Hispanic guy in a baseball cap, didn't speak English and was very lazy. Also, they have a very stupid and annoying food delivery robot. Its idiotic.

My third time at the restaurant, the food is always great and very cozy atmosphere. This last time I particularly was dissatisfied with the service provided.
The waitress made an extra charge on my credit cards without asking our permission.
My bill was $78 and cents including 18% service tip, I split the bill in 2 with my partner, so the waitress took both of our credit cards and she charged $40.00 each credit card — she said she did it “to make it easier”
I know it was less than $2.00 she extra charged, but the fact she did it without asking our permission really made me feel fooled and dissatisfied. Her attitude was like she did us a favor, which was not. I asked her to please ask before extra charging a credit card next time.
