Food is good service is terrible. Our waiter was a Hispanic guy in a baseball cap, didn't speak English and was very lazy. Also, they have a very stupid and annoying food delivery robot. Its idiotic.

My third time at the restaurant, the food is always great and very cozy atmosphere. This last time I particularly was dissatisfied with the service provided.
The waitress made an extra charge on my credit cards without asking our permission.
My bill was $78 and cents including 18% service tip, I split the bill in 2 with my partner, so the waitress took both of our credit cards and she charged $40.00 each credit card — she said she did it “to make it easier”
I know it was less than $2.00 she extra charged, but the fact she did it without asking our permission really made me feel fooled and dissatisfied. Her attitude was like she did us a favor, which was not. I asked her to please ask before extra charging a credit card next time.
Great place. Nice selection and everything is very good. Service ok but still nice and friendly. Overall a very good time and nice dinner.

Alarmingly shocking . We arrived 75 min before closing. The tables outside were all dirty and we were advised to sit at a dirty table. The table remained dirty and we were unattended for a considerable time. Server was lackluster and in a hurry. The appetizers came out with the entrees and shortly after the dessert was brought all at the same time. The staff asked us to pay before receiving our food as they wanted to close their registers.The worst was that my partner was the only one ate sushi and hasn’t stopped throwing up since early this morning . The quality of the food is questionable as the service and hygiene was poor.
Ordered Tom Kar Gai and the chicken was raw. Didn’t notice till I was half way through with the dish. This place has gone completely down hill.

My son called placed and order for a special fried rice he specified no tomatoes or shrimp when he arrived order was not ready he had to wait that defeats the purpose to call.lady states order is ready he again specifies no tomatoes or shrimp she says yes that is your order. He takes order opens his food he sees tomatoes and shrimp he goes back and tells lady he didn't want tomatoes or shrimp her response we can't do anything because you left the establishment. ?I think that is what you do when you place order To go. What I dont get is what if my son is allergic to tomatoes or seafood he has to eat it and die because he left your restaurant and you don't want to admit you messed up on his food and don't want to re do it.NOTE TOO MANAGEMENT address to your employees the importance of food allergies I don't recommend this restaurant at all. I called to speak with manager I was told she was on break to call back in 20 mins they get a 1 star because it's the lowest Google lets us put they are a big 0. Key Biscayne restaurants are over rated for the price lots of better places to eat.this one is not one of them
