The location is great,the views of the sunset, beautiful.
Very disappointed with quality of the food and the drinks.
Also ,there was not a lot to choose from.
Order the beer,can't go wrong.

I went there twice with my family, honestly a hidden gem. It was full but there was a nice lady working that managed to find us a table in no time - her name is Nelly. She gave us great service and always checked in although there were a lot of other people. She was always within reach and always had a smile on her face. Thank you Nelly! We will be back soon. I love this place- so much closer than the Florida Keys but the same vibe.

This is an amazing place to go in key Biscayne and staff is great, always willing to help out and very attentive. Highly recommend going!

The spot is absolutely perfect and reminds me of the Keys vibe BUT they are absolutely not kids friendly at all.

Everytime I come with kids I feel not welcomed. constantly reminded not to touch the sand, not to damage it, not to run, not to play — basically, not to do anything. If you come with children, I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place.

Which is a real shame, because it’s a beautiful outdoor spot with plenty of space. Unfortunately, the repeated remarks from both the owner and the staff made the experience uncomfortable and awkward.

This is an A+ location, but unfortunately it’s consistently understaffed. We’ve been here several times and the experience is always the same. Long lines at the bar, even longer bathroom lines, and our guacamole and chips took over an hour to get. It’s disappointing, especially since this seems like an issue that could be easily fixed.

Open some auxiliary pop up bars to relieve the lines.

Get a portable bathroom.

With the amount of traffic they have this should not be a significant expense to make this place great

Great view. Worst service ever. We went one night and Nelly was terrible. Would not recommend. Even worse the owners seems they just don’t care about the bad service their provide to their customers.

I don't know what happened. Maybe they changed ownership. We've been coming here since it opened but we tried to get just some wine the other day and they didn't have anything. They had an attitude at the bar. The food is inferior. Question - Is it a bar or a restaurant because to me it's neither. It's a beautiful location only but it's a shame they're running it into the ground. Could be so much better. The music may help it, and the view will always attract people but that's it

Customer service was miserable. The waitress didn’t want to be asked anything. The place has zero kid-friendly menu options, and even though the space is huge and could be great for kids to play, its concept is clearly an adult bar. So if you are planning on grabbing a drink while your kids play around, be prepared to be treated terribly.

Drinks and food are ok. Views and atmosphere is amazing. But they have two toilets for the whole restaurant. Get ready for a mandatory 20+ minute bathroom line as part of the experience.

The family that runs this place hit the lottery.. they have 0 idea what they’re doing, extremely rude, food is horrible, they hate kids, their hours are all over the place. But the location is the best you can get in miami. Hopefully key Biscayne can get someone that’s half way decent to come in and run this place and boaters grill.
