Honestly, this place was not my vibe because I spent 70% of the time WAITING IN LINE, either for the bathroom or a drink. The only reason I’m leaving 4 stars is because when i DID get to the bar, ERIC was awesome!!! So funny, sweet, and cool. He made me forgive the rest. I’ll be back, but mostly cause I loved Eric. Please hire more staff and get porta potties or something (the bathrooms smelled like pee anyways)

Came to this beautiful and relaxing place for this elderly woman to come and grab my handbag and asked me to move my chair after the security guard told me that it was ok and just to be sure not to just drag the furniture to prevent damage. This senior lady is ruining the vibe of your business. Send her home The Cleat. Everything else is perfect and let her know that touching someone else's handbag is not ok. The bar staff is good, the live band is good but this elderly senior lady doesn't add up, she is rude, she is mean and lacks of properly education. Life is too short to have someone to have this poor behavior when trying to enjoy the sunset.

Our server, Malena, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing us with the best possible experience. She even seated us at a wonderful table. However, shortly after we were seated, the owner approached our table and spoke to Malena in a harsh and unprofessional manner, stating that the table was reserved. While we completely understand if there was a mix-up, the situation could have been handled much more respectfully. Instead of addressing Malena privately, the owner chose to reprimand her in front of us, creating an uncomfortable and stressful atmosphere for everyone involved.

We immediately agreed to change tables, as we recognized that Malena was simply trying to provide great service. However, witnessing such treatment toward a dedicated server left a negative impression. Servers are the heart of any restaurant, and the way they are treated speaks volumes about the establishment’s values.

Because of this unfortunate interaction, I cannot give a full five-star rating. I hope the owners recognize the importance of fostering a respectful and supportive work environment for their staff. That said, we may consider returning in the future.

Stunning sunset views with a cool, laid-back vibe. The only downside? Prices. A small can of beer set me back almost $13, which keeps it from being a full 5-star spot. Still, highly recommended place if you’re at Bill Baggs.

Gorgeous place to enjoy outdoor drinks near the water with a sunset view! The bar is located inside a state park, which you have to pay to drive into. The service was slow when it started to get busy, and there are only two restrooms which had very long lines. However, overall worth it to enjoy the ambiance.

Possibly worst customer service experience ever. Showed up 10 mins before opening (didn’t realize they weren’t open yet, it’s an open concept outdoor bar). when we asked about being open the workers informed us they weren’t, in the worst way possible.. something along the lines of “do we look open” and “we’ll open when we’re ready to open”. Oh and military looking guy mentioned in many other bad reviews said to get off the property. Can’t remember exact wording because two employees were speaking over us simultaneously as we asked what time they opened. The entire interaction was about 10 seconds after driving a hour to visit. Lost our business, save yourself the trip.
