They’re good, but all the sizes are now much smaller for the same price. There is no warning or disclosure about that - the pictures on the menu are still the old sizes. Difference is probably half to two-thirds of the old sizes, so it’s a clear difference.

Love this place. Always a go to when visiting key biscayne. The staff is amazing and their smoothies are to die for!

Today the Barista who attended me was attentive to me. As I told her that she was allergic to nuts and cinnamon, when she saw that those two spices were close to the peanut butter, she grabbed the one that was at the other end and gave me that one. Thank you very much for being considerate of me.

honestly one of my favorite healthy spots ever. everything tastes super fresh and clean, like you can actually tell they care about the ingredients and not just making it look cute. the juices are so good and not overly sweet, and the smoothies are perfectly balanced — filling but still light. their açaí bowls are unreal, so fresh and always made perfectly, and the toppings are generous.

the vibe is also such a plus. it’s calm, aesthetic, and a really nice place to stop before school, after a workout, or just to reset your day. the staff is always nice and helpful, never rushed, and they genuinely want you to like what you order.

if you want something healthy that actually tastes amazing and makes you feel good after, this place is 100% worth it. i could go here every day and not get tired of it.

If I could do zero stars, I would.
We ordered two acai bowls and they gave them to us with half the ingredients (only the fruit) and TOO MUCH HONEY.
They tasted really bad.

We also ordered a smoothy and it tasted like medicine.

Never coming back. And highly recommended avoiding this place.

$14 for a “fresh” juice that’s 7 days old, and looks and tastes that way, is not something I’d come back for. What a bummer :(

My husband and I have been ordering Açaí bowls from here since you opened. We love them. We usually get the same 2 bowls (Nutty Bowl & Hurricane bowl). Sometimes we get something else or add on to that order when we have guests. The bowls are delicious and the service is great! However, this morning my husband placed our usual order and picked them up- he did not realize til he got home that the bowls are now less than 1/2 the size of what they used to be! We are extremely disappointed! I’ve tried to call but no answer.
I’m not sure if this is the size of the bowls from now on or if it was just a mistake.
Please respond.

This shop adds a hidden 10% service charge and disguises it as tax. My receipt (pictured) showed “17% tax,” and when I asked, the staff first claimed it was normal. Only after pressing did they admit it includes a built-in tip.

Scroll down and you’ll see others have flagged this too. The owner responded saying “transparency is important” and a breakdown is always shown — clearly not true.

To be clear, this isn’t about whether tipping should be optional or not. The issue is mislabeling a tip as sales tax. For example, if I grab a bottled water, scan it myself, and pay at a self-checkout, there’s no service being provided — yet I’m still hit with a disguised 10% fee. That’s deceptive at best, and tax fraud at worst.
