I honestly don't understand the 4.5* rating at present. The pizza was...pizza. I mean if you mess that up, that's pretty bad. Out of several pasta dishes, 1 was good. The others were lukewarm and subpar even for a strip mall restaurant. The waitress went between kind and defensive when we had questions. Not interested in going back and really would try anywhere else were hindsight 20-20. Potential diners, seek elsewhere.

I dunno our pasta and meatballs were not cooked, like not al,dente, stuck together and chewy...... the pizza was good I was just surprised for the catchment area it wasn't on point for us

We have been ordering from Tutto’s/Key Biscayne for 3 years. We have spent around $10k there in this time. The food is always very good and consistent and I think we have had the same 2 delivery people the whole time. In this age of so many delivery services, it’s so nice to have a familiar face at our door that we know and trust. Order directly from their website for a fantastic delivery experience.
