Restaurant was super clean and and service was kind and efficient but im sorry the coffee was so unbelievably burned my boyfriend and I couldn’t finish our coffees and my two orders of hash browns somehow managed to be super burned but chewy and soggy, the sprinkle donut was great at least.

Two times ago when I went here, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant. After 12 minutes of me standing there, they asked what I was waiting on, and I told them. Another 8 minutes and I finally got my single sandwich. The cook said he made it previous but someone gave it to the wrong person but it was cold. I think he was trying to cover up thr fact that he made it then just left it in the counter while I was waiting.
Went in today. Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants in the drive through. I was asked to pull around, and eventually got my food. Except it wasn't what I ordered, I was given 2 wakeup wraps. So I went in, explained what went wrong, and the cashier took the mistake and told me she'd get me the right order. Got it relatively quickly, checked inside and saw two sandwiches, and went home. At my house I opened them up and neither of the sandwiches had sausage, they had bacon instead.
The coffee is fine so they get 2 stars instead of 1.

Online ordered for in-store pickup the drinks came quick but they somehow lost the order and I had to wait half an hour or more to get cold bagel minis and untoasted bagel which both should of been warm and or toasted. We showed up with very few customers there and people that were coming in after me were being served before anyone of the employees realized I still didn't have the food. I'm very disappointed and don't know if I'll be back anytime soon.
