Dear Fire Power Coffee Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at your establishment on June 21, 2025 at approximately 1:00pm , which has unfortunately left a very negative impression.
I arrived approximately 10–12 minutes early for a meeting with a coordinator from the D.A.D. (Dads Assisting Dads) program—an important community support initiative. This was my first time visiting your coffee shop, and I was hopeful it would be a good location for future meetings.
As I pulled into your parking lot and parked near a police vehicle, I remained in my car while waiting for the program coordinator to arrive. Within a few minutes, a female police officer approached and knocked on my window. She informed me that she had been asked by someone from your establishment to investigate a “suspicious vehicle” sitting in the parking lot—referring to my car.
I was taken aback. I had simply parked in your lot while waiting for a scheduled meeting at your business. At no point did I behave suspiciously or violate any rules, and the situation felt unjustified and uncomfortable. This reaction made me feel unwelcome and unfairly scrutinized, especially as a first-time customer.
Unfortunately, this experience also negatively impacted the D.A.D. program's impression of your establishment. As a result, the coordinator has informed me that they will not consider your location for future meetings.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously. While I understand the importance of maintaining safety, I believe this situation could have been handled with more consideration and professionalism. I ask that your team reflect on how such actions affect customers and community partnerships.
Thank you for your time and attention.

Awesome staff and coffee!
Awesome spot! Their espresso has a great robust flavor. You can tell the beans are properly roasted and of high quality. We got a vanilla latte and a carmel latte but it would have been good even without the flavor. They have alternative milks like oat which was a nice surprise. Also cool to see the roasting equipment on site. Staff was friendly. A hidden gem! We will be going back every time we’re in Keystone.
Superior across the board! The best staff and coffee that keeps you coming back daily! Would literally spend my last dollar on a fire power coffee
This little place has amazing coffee. Variety of international beans roasted on site. They have a nice selection of fresh-baked goods and a tea / coffee bar in the store. Staff are always friendly and make great drinks. Whole bean and ground coffees from all over the world. Flavored varieties in abundance as well. Been coming here for a few years now and have never been disappointed by a purchase. Worth the time and drive if you're anywhere nearby, whether you are a coffee snob or just want something fresher than what the grocery stores can offer. Highly recommended.
Best baristas, delicious 😋 coffee! What more could a coffee lover ask for!? 10 Stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This coffee is sooooo good and I'm particular about my coffee!! We just moved to the area and have already been a few times. Staff are very nice and helpful. Small place but cozy. There are tables outside too.
This coffee shop has amazing coffee. We love their cold brew and seasonal lattes the best. (Very creative!) The service is great! We look forward to coming every time we visit Keystone Heights. We bring our granddaughter, and we have already made some sweet memories there, with many more to come.

Genuinely the best coffee place I have ever been to, and I've been to ones across the world 🌎 their expresso is everything, but my go-to is their blended matcha with a extra expresso shot. Their flavorings are high quality, their large size is LARGE, and their prices are reasonable! ⭐🫶
FirePower is the best. love everyone there
Always raving about Firepower to my friends who don’t live in our little town!! I do wish it was more sit-and-stay friendly to lock in and get work done as other coffee shops are. But, the great service and delicious coffee make up for that! The workers mostly remember my husband’s order by heart, which makes him very happy haha! Also, they recently started being open on Sundays, making weekends so much better!
I stopped in to this cute and cozy coffee shop in keystone heights. I tried the gingerbread eggnog latte. Its was scrumptious. They have a variety of gourmet coffee and herbal teas. The baristas were polite and friendly. If you’re driving by, stop in. You won’t regret it.

Great local coffee roaster, I've been buying beans from them for years now. Their roasts are really good, they have a wide selection of teas, and their pricing is very fair! They also make amazing drinks, pastries, and baked goods!
Parking: Parking is a little tight to get into but there are plenty of spots
Wheelchair accessibility: Single level parking lot into door, no ramps needed.
