The food usually comes out in a timely manner (curbside). It's usually hot when it gets to me. The employees for the most part are super friendly. I do wanna mention that out of my last 5 visits my orders were missing items so it made those visits less convenient and less time saving by having to leave my vehicle to come in to get it fixed. I know stuff happens and it really wasn't that big a deal. This is why I choose to still give 5 stars. They took care of it. They were sorry it happened and quickly took care of me. They do a great job and usually they have the highest health score grade out of all the places to eat in town. Thanks you Keystone crew!!
Austin is a very helpful, kind and energetic employee who seems happy to be alive and to be working for McDonald’s corp. He was extremely polite and professional. Austin made the visit very pleasant and enjoyable for me and my family. Good energy is hard to find, but never at this location. Every single time I’ve been here I’ve had a good experience and if something was wrong. It was resolved immediately without argument or fear being belittled for wanting what you order and pay for. Great job McDonald’s of keystone. I’ve grown up working for McDonald’s and I’m truly proud of my location. The managers are also great. The overall experience is 10/10. My order number was 661. Time 18:02.

Very slow drive thru service everytime i pull up to window they always want me to pull up even with nobody else in line and i only order like a hash brown and latte and always have to pull up and wait for tge latte guess they want corporate to think they are moving customers through the drive thru fast but their not
