Just stopped in with my husband for an afternoon pick me up. Katie and Evynn were very kind, and knowledgeable about the drink menu. The drinks were so good, and the shop was very cute. We will definitely be back the next time we visit.
We love the Nutrition Retreat! We visit at least once a week and typically order numerous to go drinks. The staff is usually very friendly and they are typically pretty efficient. Will definitely visit again!

My daughter and I stopped in on the way to the park today, they are always SO pleasant and informative. They don't rush you and answer any questions while making your choices. We ended up with the pink flamingo and Geneva juice and both were amazing. I'll be going back for that pink flamingo again for sure!

Tbh it’s not all that and a bag of chips as people say… needless to say it was my first and last time going to this place. My first time in I was curious so I asked for the whole run down. This lady talked for a whole 10 minutes about the “good sugars”. Blazzy blazzy blah. So I ordered the banana pudding shake and was told that it had real bananas in it. But as I watched her make my shake I watched her pump in banana flavoring and liquid sugar into it. Also having to remind her about the toppings on it ( my toppings only had 3 mini wafers and I asked for recess on it as well. My cup got filled so high the toppings would of rolled off, so I asked for it on the side and only got 4 mini mini recess in a cup.) Overall my experience there was definitely NOT exceeded. I’m highly disappointed in the results and will not be returning..

The drinks are excellent and full of flavor. I tried the Malibu Barbie and was able to add some water and get two full drinks out of one. Definitely will come back and try some more of their beverages.
