Food is always good and fresh every time we have visited. However, no matter if there is no line in the drive thru, you consistently have to wait 10-20 minutes to get your food, even with the smallest orders. The one time we sat there for almost 20 minutes, and when we finally got our food, we were told it was because they were waiting on biscuits. Kinda ridiculous.

Just done with this place. They mess up something every order. How can you ask for your combo to be a large and they give you a large drink and regular side and then argue at the window. To add to it, they don’t even fill the sides up. Will not be back.

The service at this location is outstanding!! I ordered a menu item for the first time and although there was nothing wrong with the food, I really didn't like the taste of it. I didn't want to complain and tried my best to eat it but I just couldn't stomach the flavor. I went back and explained what happened to Stephen at the window and then to George (the manager) who was very understanding. He generously offered to remake my order without the flavored sauce. I am so grateful to Stephen, George and of course the cook who made my food, Paul. You guys made my night. Thank you for being so kind and generous. God bless you!

Most places when they first open start with a great staff, then go downhill. This popeye’s decided to skip that pesky waiting period and opened with cranky staff from the start so you don’t feel blind sided later.

Drive thru. The chicken tenders were good, a little greasy, the biscuits a little hard. The frozen lemonade machine was down.
But I will go again.

Worst Popeyes I've ever been to rude employees and Everytime it's a wait no matter if your the only person in the parking lot I ordered had to pull up to the stop sign waited 20 minutes I ordered nothing but a 3 piece combo if you want Popeyes and good service the drive to middleburgs worth it

Food was a 20 minute wait and I was the only one in line. The garlic parm was coated in b out sauce then parm which makes no sense it shouldn’t be hot. Staff were nice but still an insane wait and not good food. Will not be returning

The manager on duty is great, he's always smiling. they had no Mac n chz made or any to even be cooked but he did give us last reg side n lg side to complete our order which was appreciated, but our chicken sandwiches were old, stale n almost cold. A few workers had no sense of urgency and seemed like they didn't even want to be there in all took over 20 mins to get a chicken sandwich and honestly past few times we have come here we have had to park and wait 10 mins or more for a chicken sandwich and this is day or night. All in all not a bad place but definitely need to work on having fresh hot food ready for customers and not having to wait forever to get it, this seems to be a recurring problem at this location.

Made me wait 15 minutes for food forgot one of my meals . The sprite was flat. So annoying. And don’t have a phone number up so I can call .
