Food is always good and fresh every time we have visited. However, no matter if there is no line in the drive thru, you consistently have to wait 10-20 minutes to get your food, even with the smallest orders. The one time we sat there for almost 20 minutes, and when we finally got our food, we were told it was because they were waiting on biscuits. Kinda ridiculous.
The service at this location is outstanding!! I ordered a menu item for the first time and although there was nothing wrong with the food, I really didn't like the taste of it. I didn't want to complain and tried my best to eat it but I just couldn't stomach the flavor. I went back and explained what happened to Stephen at the window and then to George (the manager) who was very understanding. He generously offered to remake my order without the flavored sauce....
Feb. 4, 2024 Just an update because I have always had a good experience here! I had a question so I asked for the manager and as always at this location I received prompt, polite, professional and courteous service!
