The owner won’t take coupons in the store, so if you want to redeem them, you have to use the app. I tried using the app today. After enduring the painstaking process of trying to get my order right, due to a poor user experience in the app, I successfully submitted the order, paid for it, and applied the coupon. After about 10 minutes, I checked the app again and it said that my order was canceled. My card was charged and it showed up in my credit card app, so it wasn’t a card issue.
I hope the owner changes his position on taking coupons and begins accepting them in the store because the app is not a reliable means to transacting with the business.
The young lady on the phone, I believe her name was Liz, was VERY friendly and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience.
I ordered two footlongs through the app. My husband picked it up. When he got home we sat down to eat and realized the order was not correct. I ordered during dinner rush so I understood it was an honest mistake. I drove back and explained what happened to the guys. They genuinely felt bad and were really apologetic. They remade our sandwiches right away. They were super sweet and made things right. I order food from this location often and never have I had a bad experience. Even when mistakes happen (we are all human and make mistakes) they always make things right. The employees are awesome, the food is good and we will certainly continue our patronage.

Normally i don't care if people get high on the job with pot but when it makes you dyslexic & lazy giving out old sweets & wrong orders that's when maybe you have to think to yourself if it's actually worth it mate.

Ordered sandwich, went to pay with my subway coupon and was told they dont do paper subway coupons because they are privately owned and opp out of corporate subway benefits. My last time going to subway.
$50 for 3 sandwiches. I ordered zero onions. Every sandwich covered in onions. I threw all three sandwiches in the trash after driving 13 miles each way to pick these up. I even left a 15% tip on a mobile order just so they’d actually care and make my food correctly. That didn’t work. Not only was every sandwich wrong it says in big black bold letters at the top of the receipt. Cut each sandwich into three pieces. Well, two of the sandwiches were not cut at all and the other one was cut into four pieces. Not that it really matters because I just threw $50 of onions in the trashcan. Now my family is eating cereal for dinner. I have been calling the store repeatedly for almost 2 hours and no one will answer. I have called every other store within 100 miles of my house and someone answers within seconds. I have also called corporate repeatedly and no one will answer. I have also texted with corporate, and the response that I got is that my order number that is clearly posted on the top of my receipt does not exist. So they offered nothing. This is the worst Customer Service I’ve ever received in my life. We also ordered a foot-long cookie that is in the trashcan because it was crunchier than a potato chip because it was so damn burnt. I spent $50 on trash and no one will help me. Awesome!

Refused to accept a valid coupon that expires three weeks from today that we received in the mail yesterday.
They don't take the coupons that are delivered to mail boxes in the area. Was told this in a rather rude manner by some young man who seemed to be doing little work. Time to take order to some other business.

they suck ..oredered online...internet said recieved,,!! keystone heights!! deduct $35 from my acount . didn't get order...walked out after fight w/managment...no food!! showed all ..internet screen shot of order and $31 deduct from my account..plus time spent running...they suck!!

Refused to honor their paper coupons. Guess it is too much a hassle for them. Last time we went the tomatoes and other toppings were so soggy and nasty I don't know why I went back. Franchise owner needs to figure some s&!$
