We ordered on the app. I went in and picked up our sandwiches. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a nice young lady. She was very friendly. Our sandwiches were perfect.

I just got the subway sandwich and it smells like the old fish . I call them but they are not picking up. I got the veggie sandwich. The veggies are old and smally I would never go again. Them must me left the fridge open.

I hardly ever write reviews. The service here was absolutely terrible. And I would've left had I not already paid. Hygiene is even worse. Watched the first worker touch his gloved hands to his face, the counter, etc while making other online orders. THANKFULLY, another worker made our sandwiches or I would've left and called for a refund on my order. There was not a single other customer in the store, expect for me and my 7 year old step son. They did not even start making our sandwiches for 20 minutes while we sat there and waited. They also kept going from the front to the back of the store several times. Not sure what was up with that. Out of cheese for all 3 of my already paid for sandwiches. Definitely don't order online here unless you want nastiness touching your food.

I ordered double roast beef on my husband's sandwich & it looked more like they cut the roast beef by half rather than doubling it 😡😡😡. Guess I'll have to go in person to order next time to make sure I get what I ordered & PAID for!

I just ordered through the app and my food was delivered. These were the best sandwiches ever from this restaurant. I tried calling to tell them, but they didn't answer the phone. Probably to busy too. Awesome job to whomever made my order!

Bryce Kirby has great customer service and crucial for a positive experience, and he really went above and beyond with his friendly attitude and considerate parting words. It's always refreshing to come across someone with a genuine and helpful demeanor, especially in customer service roles. Overall, he made my visit to Subway a pleasant one. Kudos to him for providing exceptional service!

Lettuce was getting old; needed to be replaced. Later in the evening got sick at the stomach. Question the freshness of this location product. I regret choosing this location. Never again.

My husband and I went into the subway,we had coupons, we were told they couldn't take them,something about a machine being Brock,that was the third time we were told this in a six month period,well I think this is a ploy not to take coupons because of afraid of losing money,well you will be losing customers they are taking their coupons to an other subway middleburg or stark,they are happy to take the coupon cost us 30 dollars just for sandwichs no drink or chips,at the subway in keystone heights fl.stay away until someone does something about this place,

The owner won’t take coupons in the store, so if you want to redeem them, you have to use the app. I tried using the app today. After enduring the painstaking process of trying to get my order right, due to a poor user experience in the app, I successfully submitted the order, paid for it, and applied the coupon. After about 10 minutes, I checked the app again and it said that my order was canceled. My card was charged and it showed up in my credit card app, so it wasn’t a card issue.

I hope the owner changes his position on taking coupons and begins accepting them in the store because the app is not a reliable means to transacting with the business.

The young lady on the phone, I believe her name was Liz, was VERY friendly and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience.

I ordered two footlongs through the app. My husband picked it up. When he got home we sat down to eat and realized the order was not correct. I ordered during dinner rush so I understood it was an honest mistake. I drove back and explained what happened to the guys. They genuinely felt bad and were really apologetic. They remade our sandwiches right away. They were super sweet and made things right. I order food from this location often and never have I had a bad experience. Even when mistakes happen (we are all human and make mistakes) they always make things right. The employees are awesome, the food is good and we will certainly continue our patronage.

Normally i don't care if people get high on the job with pot but when it makes you dyslexic & lazy giving out old sweets & wrong orders that's when maybe you have to think to yourself if it's actually worth it mate.
