This was my first time using this bakery and my last. I ordered a birthday cake for my grandsons birthday, the cake decorations was nice, the cake tasted old and stale and we end up throwing the cake out. The owner message me back for $10 credit on a cake we did not eat. I was very disappointed.

I had fresh cinnamon rolls the first time I went. But the last 2 times I have had old dried out cinnamon rolls twice. I'm tired of paying 9 bucks for fresh cinnamon rolls and getting back to Interlachen only to find they are not any good. Called and asked for a refund. Waiting to hear back. I would be embarrassed to serve such an old product. UPDATE. Never called me back....still have not heard a week later

Yes, we have a Dunkin Donuts in town, but really? Small town folks, support your local businesses! These Ladies are typical Keystone Heights friendly, run a clean bakery and have fair prices. We only get there once a year but it's a highlight of our trip. Everything is soooo delicious, especially the Quiches. Wonderful sandwiches for lunch too. Very friendly staff.
