Staff is great. Food quality is great. After 1001 perfect orders... our burgers tasted extra salty for some reason today and they replaced it without hesitating. Friendly, service focused, pleasant atmosphere every time.

Went to get dinner, wendys is what everyone choose. Went inside since it was a big order for 9 people 6 adults and 3 kids. To take home. Order 6 biggie bags 2 special order, 2 happy meals, and a double stack w/bake potatoe. Ordering wasn't the problem. Getting the food and making sure it was right. Was the issue. I should have gotten 9 bags of food since it was too. Instead the happy meals were separate and the sandwhich w/potatoe was in 1 bag. All the other biggie bags where put into 1 bag for burgers 1 bag for fries and nuggets. As we went to separate on the counter to make sure it was right so we could find the special sandwiches which weren't marked. A sandwich maker on the line looked up and said everything is right. We made sure. But not in a pleaseant way. That's good and all but first I was only talking to the cashier. Who seemed like it was her first day. All orders go in in their own bag so its easier on people when they order and pick up the food. Not a bad restaurant just needs better managing for night shift.

For the price you pay it is unacceptable to be served old and cold food period. I don't care how busy you are there is no excuse to serve people food that you've had in a warmer for hours my chicken was rock hard and my fries were cold and stale.

Since they want to go home early, the Frosty machine was turned off an hour before close. Baked potato was dry. It's like they gave up because they wanted to go home. Poor service.
