Picabu Reviews
This place is kinda tucked away in the Dolphin, but it is really good! They have some bowls (think along the same vein as Moe’s/Chipotle), and they also have pizza. Wife got a chicken bowl and enjoyed it - I got a 12” pizza and it was fantastic. Very pleasantly surprised. Staff was super friendly and helpful as well. Since it’s tucked away it doesn’t seem to be nearly as busy as the diner and the Mexican place, so a good option if you’re hungry and want to eat quick.
Really, really good experiences here. I came in 5 minutes to midnight when I checked-in to the hotel and they served me a delicious chicken meal. Had the bowl another day and the ingredients were fresh and tasty. On my last day of my trip, I sit here eating the Picabu Breakfast and it was phenomenal. Not only had the food been really good but the staff are fabulous on all shifts. Picabu was the hidden gem of my Disney vacation and I’m very thankful for it and the staff.

It was sort of like Bibibop bowls. Two options for the base so I did brown rice and mixed greens, 4 fillers so I did greek olives, red peppers, chickpeas, and cauliflower, a protein like tofu, and a sauce like herb pesto plus a topping like sesame seeds. The boys did crispy chicken and pulled pork as their...read full review
