This location is not our favorite to say the least. We’ve been to many locations across the country and moved to Labelle from Tampa. We love it here, we love beefs, however, we don’t love the beefs in Labelle. The service is ironically absent for being such a small town. One visit I asked for a water to go and was given another service cup. I inquired why it wasn’t to go, and the response I was given was that they could not give me a to go cup because my wife had wine left in her glass. Both me and my wife were quite insulted, not asked but assumed we would pour the water out and take the two sips she had remaining out of the establishment. I do not appreciate the assumption that we would take alcohol out of the building. Ridiculous and inappropriate. Now today, as we live so far away from town, they wanted payment over the phone when placing an order to go. This was never a requirement at any other locations we lived near. I’m driving, I cannot read off a card while driving. I had to wait until I arrived, place the order and sit around and wait. Again, just not what I would expect from a small town. The service misses we’ve had since moving has caused us to stop going to beefs in Labelle even though we have very limited options, we’d rather go eat elsewhere or stay home than contribute to such poor customer service practice. It’s not cheap to dine out. Such a disappointment from a chain we love so much.

Family (8 person) stopped for an early dinner. At first service was slow due to staff meeting. Once that was over, very quick, great service, and awesome food! Will be back.

Food good. Service good. Atmosphere good You got a 3 star cuz you charge .99 for a 2 oz cup filled half way with mayo for a burger. Next thing you know it will cost for ketchup for your fries cuz menu doesn't say fries come with ketchup. Geeez!

Meal was great. They have changed up everything!! The manager Lorraine has came in and kicked butt. You want good wings, come here. You want homemade mashed potatoes and gravy, come here. Glad they stepped up.
Ordered the Big Catch Salad. The small filet covered the entire salad. The salad was basically non existent. I asked the waitress if she could add some salad. She took at away and brought it back saying the cook said he would add some lettuce for an up charge. No salad to begin with. I won't be going back.
