They had two windows, but they only had one person working on and she was overworked. You could tell, overworked and underpaid. Make sure not such good customer service just saying wasn’t a good day for her. God bless her anyway.

I was pleasantly surprised with the fabulous customer service I received today from Jettex. I hope I spelled his name, right he has beautiful red curly hair. He was so welcoming with a big smile on his face, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to go into a fast food restaurant and be welcomed like that. He definitely deserves a raise. Thank your lucky stars you have an employee like him!

I asked for a veggie burger meal and the lady gave me a burger without a patty terrible service her name was Gabriella and really the worst service I’ve received from any Burger King.

Caution this Burger King does not participate with the Burger King app we made a $2.50 order and manager would not allow the order to go through even though we paid on the app. This was over a lousy ice cream and French fries. I even offered to pay again for this french fry and small ice cream cone and he refused to honor the app deal. He does not care about customer service or customer appreciation

9 times out of 10 if you’re ordering from the drive-through, they’re going to ask you to wait behind the black pole till they wave for you to come and get your order. Be prepared to wait.
Never been to a worse Burger King in my life! I went there today and Burger King is out of burgers lol How does that even happen? They were only serving fish and chicken today. The only explanation I can come up with for this is the lack of managerial skills that it takes to place orders for the store effectively and efficiently so this never happens.

I have tried again to give this Burger King the benefit of the doubt, but every time I order a breakfast burrito it is so soggy and old the grease is literally seeping through the tortilla and where it’s not the tortilla is hard and everything in it is soggy, I am done and never coming back here.

Went thru drive thru ordered their 50 cent ice cream cups 6 of them asked for lids for them and the girl at window said they dont give out lids anymore, umm so you don't have lids for ice cream and expect people to carry them home and they were not even full, always used to get kids, even had to asked for carrier for them , well will never be back again for that, it's sad
