I have tried again to give this Burger King the benefit of the doubt, but every time I order a breakfast burrito it is so soggy and old the grease is literally seeping through the tortilla and where it’s not the tortilla is hard and everything in it is soggy, I am done and never coming back here.

Went thru drive thru ordered their 50 cent ice cream cups 6 of them asked for lids for them and the girl at window said they dont give out lids anymore, umm so you don't have lids for ice cream and expect people to carry them home and they were not even full, always used to get kids, even had to asked for carrier for them , well will never be back again for that, it's sad

I paid $13.64 for a double whopper with no tomatoes or onions, waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru line, was asked at the second window if I had ordered a cup of only ice (I didn't), and after 5 more minutes received a single whopper with both tomatoes and onions. 1 star.

Tried to give them one more chance because i have nothing but issues every time, went to the drive thru.. had to repeat my order 4 times because they kept putting it in wrong. After spending way too much time in the drive thru repeating myself for a very simple order...and being refused swiss cheese when they have it lol...i got my food, checked it.. my order was still wrong. (including missing barbecue sauce) went back up to the drive thru, asked them why the bacon, barbecue cause and cheese was missing..they said they weren't allowed to put barbecue sauce on my whopper. (mind you i've ordered this from COUNTLESS burger kings with no issue.) Finally got my sandwich correct. took over 25 minutes..on two burgers. I don't understand what's up with this restaurant or where the issues lie, clearly it's management..not trying to nitpick but you guys need to get it together. Not coming back. Im a huge fan of your burgers, so this is disappointing

I’ve never had a fast food restaurant try to gaslight me until tonight. Had to go back for 2 missing chicken fry orders 3 times before they had the audacity to say they were already in the bag and nothing was missing. Homie, if they were in the bag then I wouldn’t have waited 10+ min in the drive-thru for no reason. I missed my hometown.

We ordered 2 whoppers with cheese. Got home and realized it wasn't a whopper with cheese. We called the store 6 times and the phone would just hang up. We received 2 sandwiches on a potato bun without cheese and it wasn't on a sesame seed bun and I didn't realize it until I had started eating it. LaBelle Burger King has to do better.

Best place to stop for a quick lunch or dinner. Cheaper prices, then McDonald's. The wait time at drive thru is about the same long wait, lol. It depends on the day, but Burger King is faster. What can you say it's fast food, not healthy. Lol God
Went for lunch today, one lady behind counter take orders and bagging orders for both front counter. She was way over worked. Manager just standing around not doing much to help staff over whelmed by lunch crowd. Soda machine no ice and no carbonated water at 12 noon.

I went in looking for a chicken sandwich and I use my points and the ladies they were very, very nice about it. They walked right through the process. Food is hot. It was quick. I was very satisfied.
Parking: There’s plenty of parking just gotta be careful when you drive into the restaurant because it connects up with the gas station right next-door and you actually have to cross paths with somebody coming out of the gas station to get into the restaurant for Burger King so just be cautious when you’re driving up into the restaurant and make sure you look to your right
Kid-friendliness: Burger King is always been kid friendly. They have parties they have kids meals. It’s a nice place to go over your kids if you want to fatten
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible they took down all the rail so that we could just rode right up to the counter to the space with made more room for them
