Bro, clean your grease traps and change the oil like you’re supposed to (yes we can tell), teach your staff what actual customer service is instead of acting like we are bothering them because they have to do their job and not doom scroll on their phones, and salt the damn fries for Christ’s sake.

They closed early on Friday December5,2025 they stopped taking orders at 11:20 it’s always something with this place if it’s not the giving attitude it’s them taking for ever to answer. Might as well be closed

They had two windows, but they only had one person working on and she was overworked. You could tell, overworked and underpaid. Make sure not such good customer service just saying wasn’t a good day for her. God bless her anyway.

I was pleasantly surprised with the fabulous customer service I received today from Jettex. I hope I spelled his name, right he has beautiful red curly hair. He was so welcoming with a big smile on his face, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to go into a fast food restaurant and be welcomed like that. He definitely deserves a raise. Thank your lucky stars you have an employee like him!

I asked for a veggie burger meal and the lady gave me a burger without a patty terrible service her name was Gabriella and really the worst service I’ve received from any Burger King.

Caution this Burger King does not participate with the Burger King app we made a $2.50 order and manager would not allow the order to go through even though we paid on the app. This was over a lousy ice cream and French fries. I even offered to pay again for this french fry and small ice cream cone and he refused to honor the app deal. He does not care about customer service or customer appreciation
