Even though I needed to place a pre order..nobody answered the phone for about 2 days at various times. I had to go to drive to the location to preorder which was a little frustrating. To turn around and pick up the next day. If it wasn’t for the location I would have gone somewhere else.

The person at the drive through was rude when taking orders. We ordered a regular coffee with half and half and apparently this was confusing. Wasted several minutes in line trying to explain our order. I ordered a hot latte and received an iced one. When I tried to get them to correct it they said they could add a hot one to my order, making me pay for their error.
