Great donuts, prices are a little high but what isn't these days. Could use a little help with the service. Place looks clean but bathrooms weren't that clean.

They can be rude sometimes

3rd time in drive through I didn’t get a straw. Plus this last time I wasn’t getting my food and coffee fast enough. Even heard this last time, the lady at the window say “oh my god”. I was just putting my card in my wallet. If you don’t want to wait on people find another job. Other times I’ve walked in, employees and managers have serious faces and boxes full of glaze on display. Just checked my food. I ordered 1 box chocolate munchkins 1 box glazed. Got all glazed. And the croissants were burned. Had to come back and edit eating and add the last 3 sentences cause this was my worst visit.

I went inside with my wife to order coffee and a bagel at the time the inside lobby was nearly empty and there were no customers waiting in line ahead or behind of us we approached the register and a man whos name tag said operations manager blankly starred at us then rudly said "can I help you" as if we should not have been there and while I ordered my coffee he gave my wife the dirtiest and nastiest look I have ever seen for no reason and aggressively replied to our order and then walked away this is absolutely unacceptable of a team member let alone a manager I dont expect a smile but I do expect respect as a customer I have lost any respect I had for this location if this is what management thinks is acceptable it is not hard to provide decent customer service this man needs to be trained on what customer service and customer perception means I will not allow myself or my wife to be treated this way I will happily drive to the starbucks in Ft Myers every morning do better and hire real managers keep in mind you are representing a brand when you come to work

This place has had its ups and downs and is usually much better staffed than the Clewiston location, but I feel like they're definitely in a decline again with service. I ordered a drink through the app (2hr prior to closing). Arrived there 20min later. I was told they were out and that was it. I had to ask them if I was getting a refund. Would have been a better situation if they at least apologized and prompted the refund rather than me having to ask.

What a great turn around!! I didn't go near this location for year's!! I tried again a few weeks ago now I go all the time!! The Manager and staff are awesome!! I'm so happy with being able to go to Dunkin again â˜ș

Review about cleanliness and staff.I’m a female and did not use the restroom this visit but my husband did. He was appalled! Filthy is not the word to describe this. Horrifically disgusting! Not sure the bathroom has EVER been cleaned. This visit was at 8:15 am on Tuesday morning. Absolutely horrendous!! Enjoy the picture.Now for the staff, I dealt with them. The young pregnant lady taking our order obviously was told not to be a human and socialize with the customers. The lady at the pick up counter was rude as she yelled peoples orders and if they didn’t run to her to pick it up she got more aggressive and rude. Then there was this one guy who thought that his hair had to be in his face, he was taking his hat off and pulling his hair forward to cover his eyes. He and the pick up girl were talking smack about people and their orders and using foul language and making faces at people. He literally did nothing work wise. I watched all of these people for about 15 minutes while I waited for our 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. Extremely rude and unprofessional.Note to management and owners, CLEAN YOUR STORE AND RETRAIN YOUR STAFF. Maybe teach them how to treat paying customers or just people in general.

I really Dont like to post bad reviews for business especially in an small town like this but this is the second time that we order the bagel sandwiches for breakfast and they instead give us croissants, now next time I order from this place I will need to get everything out of the bag and make sure I get what I ordered.

The hours posted on the door are not the same as the actual time the restaurant is open! We were there at 7:10 on Saturday night, the sign shows it closes at 8:00 PM but the employees were cleaning and wouldn't let us in!
