Spent over an hour waiting for my pickup order to show ready. Showed in the making status. Called and a guy answered and wouldn't check if pizza was ready..just said "probably" and he's to busy to check. Asked for a refund, manager took phone and pizza had been done for 30+ mins. Said the app/site doesn't work and even though I selected text updates I won't get the text email. Got a refund, won't order again from here. If your app isn't correct I would reach out to customers or get rid of the option to track the order. Most pizza chain joints in LaBelle have had horrible service, recommend going to a small business instead, the restaurants private owned have been amazing throughout town since I moved. The issue here I think is recently delivery was removed and they are understaffed, so no one actually hit the button to say the order was ready cause they are too busy..if your too busy to do it for me over the phone your prob not going to do it for the app 😂

The Manager Mike is the Rudest person i ever herd on the phone. Ordered a chicken Asiago salad. It was lettuce and chicken. NO TOMATO, ONIONS OLIVES. 10.00$. So i will call him Miserable Mike say Well we are out of them. My wife asks his name and his response was “i already told u MIKE. Then she asked so what is ur fix? Gonna Give me one tomorrow? Miserables Answer “Fine” And of course just hangs up on her. I live in gated community with 300 residents and i will be sure to spread the word. I have been a loyal customer there for 7 yrs. Knew the owner to he opened another one. But SAL-CAL PIZZA IS THE WAY TO GO

a piece of glove was in my pizza crust and i called and she hung up on me i didn’t get her name and she said it’s happened before and tried to offer us another pizza instead of our money back
