I was pleasantly surprised. In the past The Launch has been mediocre and their water tasted like it came straight from the sewer but they are the only game in town on the river between Ortona and Franklin locks so we stopped in. We immediately noticed they had skinnied down their menu so I was not feeling good about the visit especially knowing it was going to be an expensive lunch. When the drinks arrived we were expecting sewer water and planned to dump tons of lemon to make it drinkable but they must have added a water filter because the water and tea actually tasted good. They added mozzarella cheese wedges to the menu and they are fantastic. I would go back just for those. The smash burger was very tasty and the fries hot and crispy. My hubs ordered the fish and chips and he said it was really good. The prices are a few dollars more per item but you are on the water so they have a captive audience but it was definitely an improved experience from the past so if it's been a minute since you have been there you may want to give them another try.

Ate here for the first time today and it was so delicious. I had the best fish tacos I’ve ever had! The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere perfect. Five stars!

We just moved to Labelle 2 months ago! The Launch is our new "go to"! Great tiki bar on the water! Every meal we have had has been fantastic! Rachal and Camry are amazing bartenders and the atmosphere is so enjoyable after a long day of work! We are so happy someone recommended this place to us!

Food was cold, service was slow/non attentive (had to get up and ask bar to refill drinks) food quality has gone down over the years and the last three times we have gone out to the launch, it’s been cold. Totally disappointed. ☹️

First time stopping for dinner. They have a great menu, Gracie was our server, she was so helpful in answering any questions. Food was GREAT, will definitely be going back. Frozen Mojitos were the best‼️ Cool thing, they have robots ‼️ You really need to check it out.

Great place, but that band is just horrible…
I want to like it. perfect setting, cold drinks, but the food is an issue 75% of the time. I love going to a meal by boat, but was there for 2.5 hours on Sunday waiting for a burger which came out bloody or hockey puck. left hungry and a little drunk. service is spotty. furniture and atmosphere are out of this world. good music. good vibe. maybe a simpler menu would be easier, narrow down to a few things you do well. please do better. I want to come back!

Atmosphere is great being that it's on the water. Food was good. Waitress was personable and did her job adequately. Must have been the bartenders first day cause it took her 25 minutes to make my cocktail. If that's her first rodeo then she's going to get bucked off alot!
