ONE STAR. I literally never have cried so hard bc there were no mc flurry’s available. I’ve been craving a mc flurry for the longest and the day my parents said yes, THERE WERE NO DAMN MC FLURRYS. Mc Donalds really needs to get their money up and get a new ice cream machine, its really makes me mad everytime i go there’s no icecream available. AND LET ME NOT GET STARTED IN THE MANGO PINEAPPLE SMOOTH FOR BREAKFAST. Mc Donalds never has it available and thats all i need when my parents buy breakfast from mc Donalds. A good yummy mango pineapple smoothie. But guess what…. THEY DONT HAVE ANY. ITS ALL UNAVAILABLE. Mc donalds don’t get me wrong i love your food, especially those mc chickens but u need to get ur stuff together, especially now since culvers is the new thing rn. But i love you mc Donalds <3333 you just need to get a better icecream machine and smoothie machine thanks <333

The lady messed up my order. Then said that I had told her the wrong order instead of just fixing it. So as I was walking towards the door she offered to fix it but I was already done with the crap service. I'd avoid this place if possible.

Rarely do this McDonald, get your order right or to you at a speedy time. Got an order mixed up and waited 15 mins for a mccafe drink; they forgot to give with the order. The quality of food is not always good. Filet had bad tartar sauce once, and smoothe tasted like soap, they need to possibly change oil for fries which are hard and brown occasionally. Drink and ice machines could probably use a good cleaning. It's not a good place and sad cause all of the other McDonalds are 28- 32 miles away. So sad.

We got here this morning just before 8 am and EVERY table was dirty. Shame on them since there were several people just standing around in the back.
They robbed me, I ordered a double quarter pounder as it says in the box, they only gave me a regular how do you get that wrong?????? On top of that their ice cream machine is always broken, should’ve just went to BK

The most visited restaurant in town by a long shot. You certainly can wait for a pretty long time to get your food and drink items during the very busy afternoon and early evening hours. A clue of how busy it will be inside, is when the cars are lined up in long lines outside. While the seating area is clean and comfortable, the noise level can, at the busy times, be very, very high, between the music playing from overhead speakers, the staff preparing orders, and dozens of customers placing orders and waiting in line. Although I can appreciate the staff's hard work and working at near minimum wages, it would be nice to see more staff smiles and greetings at the counter.

I LOVE Benito, he was so friendly when I interacted with him, he had a smile on his face and as I sat and ate my food he continued to smile and quickly serve every customer in the building!!!!!

I've learned to use the app. The workers act like they are doing me a favor by just BEING there.. every order is wrong. Can't wait for another restaurant to open in LaBelle that isn't owned by this company. The Burger King is WORSE!

It's a McDonald's in labelle fla. It's a good a the workers. Drive through slow as burger King. Only went there for $5 meal deal. Feeding family of 3 cost $60 at McDonald's. For 10 bucks more you can get allot of Chinese food. And stop giving me my shakes that melt while you ask me to wait for food. Do shakes last.
