Ordered online for delivery, Chicago Tavern style pizza, was cold, over baked, was not worth it, delivery person couldn't find us for awhile even though it was daylight and did not speak English. Have had problems with this particular Pizza Hut in the past with order screw up. Have enjoyed Pizza Hut from other stores, but this one needs to get it's management team up to par! No More for us, too many other places to get pizza here.
I placed an order for pickup, stuff crust pizza, when i arrived at home we realized the pizza was flat like a paper super thin and very very hard, my kids couldnt eat it. Terrible quality
This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Called about 15 times no answer from anyone. Came to the store to order a pizza, literally stood in the store for 30mins. Never got greeted never was asked if I needed help nothing not even a word. Literally will never order from this place ever again.

They mess up my pizza when i call to complain they hang up on me this place is garbage stay away. Note it was their call office that hung up on me in store staff did fix the issue but i cant overlook that rudeness will be filing with better buisness

They told me to wait 15 mins and waited more than 30 mins. Realized I’m the only one left so she just put just cinnamon stick on the oven.. Very dissapointed. Will not come back. Very bad service.That place will end up closing if they don’t fix that issue.
