I live in Labelle and always get subway coupons and, the subway in Labelle is a franchise and I guess they’ve decided not to honor subway coupons so don’t try to use the promotions that you get in the mail!!!!!

The policies change depending on how they feel from one night to the next. One day they take coupons or online orders the next day they don’t. Lazy service, and they NEVER answer the drive through window. Disappointed in this store. Glad to be taking my business elsewhere.

FYI- They refuse to accept nationally publicized coupons that are mailed out everywhere. Despite being mailed subway coupons in this location they are useless here.

Service is hit or miss and employees usually seem lost or bored.

I find they have issues with the food in the evening. Despite being open until 10, they constantly run out of bread and other food items and appear to not make bread, meatballs, and etc if they run out or low after 7 pm. So you can never get what you are ordering. So forget the different types of bread or any bread in the evenings. There appears to be some issues communicating with the sandwich artist. They will put the wrong items on your sandwich. Suggest not ordering online, but be there in person to assure your order is correct.

Went there today 7/4/24, and the gentleman at the window was so rude. Slammed the window in my face when I paid, then slammed it again after recording my order. Got home and my order is all messed up. But they can keep the money, I won’t be back.

I ordered online and came to pick up my order. Walking in everything was clean, I asked for my order and they had it ready. I ordered a meatball marina sub with LIGHT marinara and it was just doused in sauce. They didn’t even have the correct bread for my order. Never again.
