Went there for dinner with son and went thru drive thru order came to 24.16 and ordered # 5 with soft taco and taco was hard and lettuce on it was slimy and tasted gross, also ordered the Carmel apple Capone and never received it, gave no receipt and asked for large Pepsi with both ordered and was they gave very small cups not no large, this is sad and will not be back at all! They want more money to work but don't want to get orders right not to mention the girl at intercom came in and was rude and then all of a sudden a guy came on and was rude also. Should of went to Culver's like we planned at least there. They treat you with respect and food is right

This is probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. THE DAY CREW IS GREAT!
Night crew is absolutely horrendous. Goofing off doesn’t give a flying about their jobs. It’s just a bunch of kids screwing around in the back. If you are reading this DO NOT GO HERE PAST 10:00pm on the weekends let alone week days. They shut everything down always have right at 10 and there is not a single soul at this store past 11:30. Not sure why it says “1am” close. That is false. These guys are outta there lights off before midnight. Half the menu is unavailable because they shut off their pressers and who knows what else. Don’t even try to get nacho fries that aren’t ice cold or ask for fresh because the manager there short guy with long hair says they can only drop new fries every 45 min. I do not leave reviews ever but this is just crazy. The store managers here do not have a hold of their employees and I believe district lr corporate needs to get involved because they say the long hair guy is a manager but nothing has ever changed there for the night staff in years. He’s been there the entire time. GET NEW STAFF OR CHANGE YOUR HOURS. WHY STAY OPEN IF HALF THE MENU IS GONE AND WHAT YOU DO ORDER WILL BE ICE COLD. JUST AVOID THE HEADACHE GUYS.

i come in for lunch buy my meal go home think all is good but when i get home my nacho fries feel like they been dipped in water (soggy...really soggy) then i decide yea whatever ill get over it then i go for my taco that supposed to come in my qusadea combo and find oh yeah NO

If I couldn't give 1 star at all I wouldn't,as I sit here in this parking lot I wonder why it's a ghost town inside,the guy spoke to us at all,no one ever helped us, it is 10:46 right now we was inside a good bit the guy just looked at us and never spoke to us so we left.what a douch canoe that guy was to us.bald guy,shorter guy couldn't miss us cause nobody else was in the damn store.

Worst taco bell experience EVER I live in LaBelle and used to go to this taco bell very frequently however I haven't for a long time. Well I went there last night because we were hungry and are in the middle of moving so our pots and pans are packed away. Well we got a crunch wrap, bell grande, and two soft taco supreme we ordered extra meat on the bell grande and the soft tacos. When I took my first bite of the strangely thin crunch wrap I got nothing but bread and there was no crunch. Whenever I got something besides bread all I tasted was stale young tomato's. There was hardly any meat, no sour cream, two pieces of cheese (was probably in the lettuce or stuck to their hopefully gloved hands), and way too much lettuce. I used to love taco bell but now I will never go to Taco Bell again. Also it really upset my stomach.
