Food was cold, service was slow/non attentive (had to get up and ask bar to refill drinks) food quality has gone down over the years and the last three times we have gone out to the launch, it’s been cold. Totally disappointed. ☹️

Maybe not ready for prime time. I offer you two reccomendations 1) make sure the restaurant is at your most ready for holidays 2) train the servers to be truthful & upfront. We went to The Launch in the afternoon on Fathers Day. There was a shrimp & steak special that day. The server took our drink order - a frozen drink & a coke. Forty minutes later, the server brought our drinks. She then explained that the Launch was out of ice. Instead of enjoying a meal, we paid the bill & left because we ran out of time. What a celebration!

Been here so many times in hopes it’ll get better. Terrible service cold food no silverware always the same. I’m giving it a -10/10.
The service was terrible. They were out of several things that we tried to order and the food was disgusting that we got. They overcooked everything really close to burnt just terrible will never be back.

Wasn't that busy when we were seated yet still took over 30 minutes to get our drink order and they still got it wrong. Didn't see our server again for another half hour to place our food order as she was too busy on her phone, eating, or chatting up the staff. Watched the runners bringing the food from the kitchen which is about 60 yards away, walk around in circles not knowing what table the food they brought even went to and to top it off the food wasn't covered in any way. Finally got our food after an hour and 15 minutes and was not impressed. We were hoping the food would make it all worth the excessive wait, but it did not. This is a one and done for us with no 2nd chance. It's too bad, especially with the potential of the venue that has a lot going for it.

Not sure what happened over the past week. Great food and service last time we visited. Tonight was really a disappointment. Service was bad. Waitress wasn’t really interested in serving us. Ordered some tap beers and was told they were out of CO2 so therefore no tap beers (this is a Saturday night!). Then we ordered our meals. They came out without condiments. We asked for the condiments and they finally arrived 15 minutes. We were embarrassed that we brought our out of town guests.

To be honest, if a coworker hadn't told me about this place, I would have never known it existed because I am not from the area. We visited for lunch, and we sat riverside at the pavilion. There was a great mix of music playing, which set the mood. The staff were kind and very courteous. Attentive to our needs. The grouper sandwich was spot on as well as my coworker's meal. I can't wait to go back. Be prepared to pay market prices for the seafood and enjoy 😉 worth the money..
