Compared to last month , the staff has improved 100 percent ,they were very attentive and friendly . Please give this place another try they are turning things around

We have traveled the waterways from the gulf to the Atlantic for decades now and this is the best establishment that we have been privileged to stop at. It’s clean, organized and safe.
Joe took great care of us dockside from arrival to departure.
Rachal and Tania worked hard to take care of our party and made sure that we got the best experience.
No doubt, we will be back just because of these great people that made the experience.

I had the launch cheese burger and it had a great char and flavor. I asked for it to be medium and it was on the money. We had a party of 6 and the wait staff was on top of it. And the atmosphere, being on the river, was nice and relaxing.

This place has definitely went downhill from when it opened. Literally spent 100$ and if you offer lobster roll why you never have available, same goes for the loaded nachos. Management needs to pay attention to cooks.....

food was nasty the tea was watered down the lemonade as well there cups are dirty, there boneless wings are chicken nuggets and the tuna the taste was very bad there smash burger was burnt !!! Horrible expierence !!!

What happened to this place?? The service was absolutely horrible. The waitress was eating her own food and not waiting on the only 2 tables outside. I asked 3 times for a glass of ice. Im sad this place went so downhill so fast. I used to be a regular. If the service is this bad, what is going on in the kitchen?? I just won't eat here again. I don't want to risk getting sick

Was very upset by most recent visit to the launch. Brought a large party early in the afternoon to have lunch, I saw they had a private party and would close in a few hours but figured we had time to eat. Well Nope. Some strung out blonde lady came yelling at us that we were not allowed to eat because of the private party and we had to leave. Well I know where I am not wanted. We started to leave when a nice gentleman came out from the kitchen area to let us know we could to go to the brewery. While some of my party was so upset by the way the lady spoke to us they decided not to go but im so thankful for the gentleman who told us to go to the brewery. It was wonderful. I hope the strung out blonde lady is not still there when we decide to visit again.
