To be honest, if a coworker hadn't told me about this place, I would have never known it existed because I am not from the area. We visited for lunch, and we sat riverside at the pavilion. There was a great mix of music playing, which set the mood. The staff were kind and very courteous. Attentive to our needs. The grouper sandwich was spot on as well as my coworker's meal. I can't wait to go back. Be prepared to pay market prices for the seafood and enjoy 😉...

1) make sure the restaurant is at your most ready for holidays 2) train the servers to be truthful & upfront. We went to The Launch in the afternoon on Fathers Day. There was a shrimp & steak special that day. The server took our drink order - a frozen drink & a coke. Forty minutes later, the server brought our drinks.
