One hundred percent recommend this restaurant if you want amazing farm to table food. We go nearly every week and have yet to have a meal that left us disappointed... Tracy (waitress) is attentive without hovering and remembers her regulars and their preferences. I cannot say enough good things about the food and service here. The chef cooks everything fresh and the quality his food shows just that. It is a hidden gem for sure!

The service was awesome. The food not so good. Has the filet mignon. Ordered it medium, got it rare and seared.

Just found this place by chance and I'm glad we did. Nice restaurant. Absolutely great food. Had pork chop, mashed red potatoes and green beans...all excellent! The pork chop was thick and juicy and seasoned just right. We will definitely be back!

A somewhat large group of us went for dinner with high hopes based off the reviews. We were mistaken. Burgers cooked to perfection and texture was spot on but they were so over seasoned, I couldn't finish mine. Not to mention the bacon on the burger was a tiny slice. The over seasoning carried over to the Philly as well. The chicken piccata had enough capers to feen an entire nation. Fries were triple seasoned and salty. The common theme to everything was an excessive amount of seasoning which ruined what could have been a great meal. I'm not sure where the positive reviews came from but we did not get that type of food.

I can't recommend this restaurant because of the appalling attitude of the owner/ chef Matt. We had dined multiple times at this restaurant both in restaurant and as takeout patrons. Most meals were good, but a few were less than expected; not enough to deter us from returning. The restaurant is close and they seem to use quality ingredients. So, a meal or two that weren't fantastic didn't faze us. Last week, my wife, who's a nurse, was on call and we needed a quick takeout meal. I ordered her a filet mignon medium and I had the salmon. When I got home with the food, we were sad to find that her steak was well done and tough. It was inedible. She received an emergency call while trying to eat and had to leave. She left hungry and upset about her meal. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with Matt. I told him my salmon was very good, but her steak was unfortunately not. I told him that she was called away for work and that there was no way to fix her meal that night. I told him that I took a picture of the obviously overcooked steak. I merely wanted him to replace the steak the next time we ate at his restaurant. Just her meal, not mine. He began to argue with me that he "never" had complaints about his meals and that he really didn't think he could accommodate my request. I became quite agitated and explicitly told him that I was a return patron and that intended to frequent his restaurant in the future. I just wanted my meal, that was unsatisfactory, replaced when we next dined. I would be spending more money at that time, of course. He said to see him next time I was in. Problem solved, right? No. When we dined in on Wednesday, this week, he once again stated that he never received complaints and that he didn't feel obligated to accommodate our request. This man obviously is infallible. His every creation is perfect, right? That's a ridiculous statement. I showed him a picture of the overcooked steak, which we transferred to real plates from styrofoam while dining, and he accused me of showing him a false picture. My wife, who was still in her nursing scrubs from work, was livid. We left the restaurant and vowed never to return. There were 3 people in the whole restaurant. It would seem like he would have cared about our future business , but evidently not. I'm a professional and my wife is a BSN nurse. We hardly need to cheat a restaurant owner out of a $28 meal. It was ridiculous and I strongly recommend against your patronage, as well.

Out running errands and hungry for a bite to eat. A clerk from the hardware store recommended this place which Was within walking distance so we left our car at the hardware store and walked over. What a great place! The menu was filled with wonderful food but we had to get had to get home for our pups so I got the bruschetta bread and a salad and my husband got a hamburger and fries. Our meals were very tasty and our server was very sweet l. We will be sure to go back there

I'm not quite sure what recent reviewers are getting at. Yes, this is a small place. Yes, the menu is limited. Yes they are only open Wed-Sat 4-8PM. Yes, yes, yes. But they are there. Believe me, being there is quite an accomplishment for a privately owned restaurant these days. People simply DO NOT understand the difficulties proprietors face these trying days. Matt pulls it off quite well bringing fresh ingredients from the farm directly to the table. The menu changes depending on what is fresh and available. The menu may be limited but it's complete. Always a filet, always a chicken, always a fish. Always fresh soup of the day. Fresh salads and awesome appetizers like the bruschetta (which is the best anywhere) and egg rolls (reuben, vegetable, etc) Side dishes always delight as well, particularly when he has the orzo. It's a favorite. There is a nice selection of beer and wine available. The place is always very clean and never really jam packed with patrons making it a comfortable place to dine and relax. We love it. That's why we go about twice a month. It's great. Try it if you haven't. You'll see.
