Jus know that this location is a good location. BUT they do not have enough staff (at this moment) to traffic-location ratio. Be prepared to wait for your order/drive-thru or inside order. My order is right and or make accommodations based on what runs out. The staff there really do their best to make it run smoothly!

I wish I could say better things about this dunkin :( . I absolutely love Dunkin and use to frequent the Dunkin in winter haven until we moved to lake Alfred. I’ve never experienced such a slow establishment. I’m actually writing this review in the line . I started the 6 care drive thru at 8:50 am and it’s 9:13 and I haven’t gotten my bagel bite and small coffee. I gave it a shot this morning again thinking there wasn’t many card this time…food is consistent but the speed is struggling

Every single time I go through their drive thru I’m told to pull to the second window, where I sit for far to long. The wait to even get to the order box is always long, I see cars pull out of the line everytime I’m in it. This morning I go through I’m finally handed my latte and the order is wrong and it’s not even filled. I stopped going here months ago due to the same service, I will not be returning to this location for a very long time if ever again. If your team can’t run the morning shift appropriately than maybe you need a new one. Or maybe this location doesn’t have the proper equipment to keep up with the demand. It would be one thing if it happened every once in a while but every single time I go through there is a bit ridiculous. Extremely disappointing!

Moldy eggs. They look gray or whatever. Email sent to Dunkin that’s disgusting 🤢. I didn’t noticed till half way. I throw everything up. My ice coffee tasted horrible too and the Hash browns cold. Never going back to this location. HORRIBLE.

The workers seem to be very stressed out. They’re a one of them talking in the lobby about how she isn’t working about any mobile or walk in orders because they don’t matter as much as the people in drive thru. Also talking about how she wanted to “whoop” a lady who came in the drive through for a special order on her coffee. It took them about 10 minutes to acknowledge me. The stars are cause they are very nice when they do take time to help you.

It used to be they never had much variety of doughnuts, today I went there, they actually had doughnuts. There were 3 people working, 1 in the back, 1 in the drive thru and 1 in the front. The thing is, I waited more than 5 minutes till the lady told me she be right with me, after I waited more than 5 minutes until I turned around and left. They never took care of me. People working the front should take care of the customer in a timely matter.

I asked for less ice but got less of the actual drink. The drink was way too sweet of course because there was hardly any liquid. The person at the window did ask if I wanted it to be remade which was nice but I was in line for a while already and was going to be late of I waited any longer. For $6 this is ridiculous.
