The workers all nice and friendly, but it's crazy the fact that they're running around as much as they do due to lack of staffing in the morning. Stop being cheap and hire more people for your morning rush

The order was placed on the mobile app, the cocoa mocha signature latte hot was ordered without whipped cream. Ordered 2 chocolate sprinkle donuts. And 2 orders mini plain bagels. To start the hot cocoa latte they added whipped cream, the donuts without sprinkles and the cold and medium hard mini bagels. When I asked the employee that my hot cocoa was without whipped cream, he took the glass and brought it back dirty with remnants of whipped cream, the glass half empty instead of changing it. He got upset when I asked him to change my donuts because they weren't the ones I had ordered, he got upset and gave me attitude. They didn't give me straw for my other iced drink. And he hadn't even made the mini bagels and when he handed them to me they were cold inside and hard. Terrible service and the place was alone, it didn't have any other customers, so I understand that it was so that the order went well.

Stopped in at a rest stop on the highway. Coffee was good. Also got a begal. It was good also. Begal was ready real fast. Had to pull teeth to get my Coffee made. ?

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST DD! I pay SEVEN dollars and thirty cents for a coffee, I should get what I order! For some reason they can't seem to add the caramel to an iced caramel macchiato! They have done that to me TWICE! I also shouldn't have to wait FIFTEEN minutes to get it either! I counted 5 cars that got their order behind me and 2 cars from the parking lot, while I waited at the 2nd window for mine, and didn't even get what I ordered or an apology! What I got for $7.30 was a watered down milk and espresso! I will NEVER go to this location again, EVER!

Lake Alfred location won't accept the coupons claiming they aren't eligible even though it is in the Tampa bay area. Bait and trap. You only find out when you go there.

Since someone of the previous employees left that place has gone downhill in customer service. They take forever to answer the drive thru speaker and serve the customers. Even if you are the only customer in the line you will still wait at least 5-7 minutes to be in and out.

Has anyone else been denied using their coupons at the Dunkin’s downtown? I was denied because Lake Alfred was not listed on acceptable locations. I explained to the guy at the window… every one of the coupons I have used in the past have NEVER listed Lake Alfred on it.

The building is new and modern but they charge you for water cups. Listed on the receipt as “local item” just trifling and GHETTO. Not even McDonalds charges for water and on top of that they didn’t even give me the correct
