Food was good, but they don't filter the water at the drink station, so there's a skunky taste in the Cokes. Same taste as the Lake Alfred water! Come on guys, filter the water!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Came here and spent $25 for my husband and I for dinner.. got home and noticed they charged me for his whole meal and left out his fry and had given me a kids cheeseburger when I had asked for a single. Tried to call 2 times to which someone answered once and hung up. I drove all the way back and the lady at the window was rude as she could be. She took both the kids cheeseburger back as well as the chicken platter which I understood then continued to tell me my total was 2.46. I should’ve just asked for a full refund at this point and given all the food back. I probably spend $10 in gas driving back and forth. Then when I got home the cheeseburger that I had then had to pay additionally for literally tasted like rubber and looked like rubber as well, so much to the point I took one bite and threw it away. What a waste of money. I will NOT be returning and am so disgusted with this place. Stay away from here!

Disgusted with this team, and their management team. Ordered on the app, they were out of the product. No big deal, I asked if they would be able to change it out for another kids meal item and told no. They were not willing to do that. The manager was 1. A slob, 2. The rudest man I have ever encountered in over 20 years in the service industry, 3. Had no knowledge on how I could get a refund, 4. Could care less about the fact I now had to go to another place to get food for dinner. Do better

I was hungry so I thought I would grab fast food. Ridiculously slowww service considering it was empty. But they were friendly and the food was good.
Service on the afternoon leaves you with something to wish for. Asked for an item at drive thru, when I receved my food item was not in the bag, when I asked about it the cashier just said, " we dont have any" , verified my receitpt and at least I didn't got charge for it. I did got charge for a doble bacon cheesse burger but got a single, in part it's my fault I should have checked before moving.
