This place can screw up the most basic order. When you try calling to complain no one answers. Wish I had a longer lunch and I would have taken the food back. Well at least the fish got to eat today.

I came through the drive through where LAKEISHA was working. First, I was over charged for a medium meal when all I asked for was a small. I got serious attitude from her when I requested for the price to be adjusted and told “that’s what the price says on my screen” and “well that’s what you ordered ain’t it”. After the price was adjusted and I paid with cash my change was literally thrown back to me by her and dropped on the ground. I had to open my door and grab it. I said it’s okay I’ll get it! I was then told it would be 4 minutes on my food I said ok no problem. She comes back to the window with someone else’s food and said “I told you it would be 4 minutes on your food” didn’t tell me to pull ahead and wait so how am I supposed to know? Then told me I could come in and get my money back and I did because her attitude was unappetizing! I came in for a refund and the heavier guy ”shift leader” offered no apologies and Lakeisha continued to make rude comments to me while I was receiving my refund. Again never once was I offered an apology. This type of work ethic should not be tolerated in customer service especially from a said manager! She has the poorest attitude for a grown woman supposed to be running a store. My son and I come in weekly for breakfast. We won’t be back if this is the atmosphere you provide for your customers!!!
