This was a gem of a place to visit. I really enjoyed coming here with my daughter and cousin. The tea is flavorable, the ambiance so nice and food delicious. Also we met the owner and his daughter. They are so kind and have such a fascinating story to share. Thanks for a great experience we will be back !

Everything about this place was amazing from the service, to the food , and the atmosphere. 10000000 out of 10 definitely will be coming back.

Very expensive…$74.00 for two people. Meals were $20.00 each, a pot of tea was $10.00, and two scones. The scones were dry, the clotted cream tasted like whipped cream, no refresh on water, and when we asked to sit by a window instead of in a cramped area…it was a conversation! Plus, they added on a “service charge/tip” that was unexpected and high. Not worth the price at all

What a wonderful place to explore and enjoy the uniqueness of a tea room. Such friendly staff through out the whole venue. So tranquil. The owners were fun to talk with. I can't wait to come back to Florida to experience it again. Thank you Lavendar and Lace.

This tea room is wonderful. The atmosphere, the scenery and foliage outdoors, the design indoors. The magnificent waitstaff, the remarkable food selection (chicken salad was absolutely great! The curry chicken was so flavorful and paired with a bright, tasty salad). The gluten free dessert selection was top tier. The highlight was interacting with the owners. Father and daughter put their all into this place! The retail shop was sweet smelling and pleasant. Cannot wait to return!!!

This place is such a beautiful experience, and the staff are so friendly and kind. The food and tea were as excellent as the atmosphere. I couldn't recommend it more.

My partners and I spent a lovely Saturday afternoon at Lavender and Lace Tearoom, and it was nothing short of delightful. Reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends—they were fully booked when we arrived, though fortunately, they do accept walk-ins.

The ambiance is that of a classic old Florida home: warm, nostalgic, and tastefully decorated, creating a serene and cozy atmosphere.

Their menu offers a thoughtful selection of potted teas. I began with the Snow Monkey Plum, a beautifully aromatic blend that set a relaxing tone. For my entrée, I had the day’s special: blackened Mahi Mahi served on a bed of coconut rice, paired with a fresh side salad and vinaigrette dressing. The flavors were vibrant, and every component was cooked to perfection.

For dessert, I chose the coconut-lime Frangipane tart, which was a perfect balance of citrus and sweetness. I paired it with the Tibetan Raspberry tea—a refreshing complement to the tart.

Our server, Amber, was a sheer delight. She struck just the right balance of attentive and unobtrusive, offering helpful pairing suggestions without being pushy. Her knowledge and warmth elevated the experience.

Final tip: Be sure to leave room for dessert—you’ll be glad you did.

What a magical experience with amazing scenery everywhere you look and delightful meals. Highly recommended taking your favorite tea besties or special surprise for mom :)

This is a lovely place to dine with a beautiful but very tight atmosphere and kind team. We had two of the roasted beet salads. The salads were beautiful but a lot of lettuce with little beets and goat cheese. We added protein which did not show the price... pretty small shrimp with very little blackened seasoning and a good portion of chicken. We also had one tea and two pieces of cake to go... over 90 dollars seems excessive especially for lunch. I do not like the automatic tip at 20%... I prefer to choose my own amount... when things are amazing I will shoot to 25-30 or have the option of staying lower if things are mediocre.

Enchanting place to spend a afternoon enjoying the best food and desserts surrounded by the Victorian theme decorations thruout the restraunt. Love going there and spending special moments with my friends.
So gather your friends and take a trip to Lavendar & Lace and make some special memories to treasure.

Parking: Lots of free parking

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp upon entering the restraunt and they seat you where you can easily remain in your wheelchair or sit in a chair. They take special care to make your experience e joyable.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy a nice brunch with your friends, mother and/or grandmothers.
The food is homemade and delicious, with a variety of teas, and a menu easy to read that’s not overwhelming.
After brunch, take a stroll through the garden & gift shop.

We went with a dear friend today for her birthday. I made a reservation, which I highly recommend as the place was packed out. While we waited, we went into the gift shop. You must make a trip in there as well. The tearoom itself is breathtaking. You have to see it with your own eyes. There are no words to describe. Service was amazing. Tea and food were out of this world. We had the cream.of asparagus soup and the Chicken Casserole. Didn't get pictures but they both were so good. Can't wait to go back!

Lavender ‘n Lace was wonderful! My husband and I wandered in after a morning of kayaking (not prepared or dressed for tea) and I’m so delighted we did! The tea was amazing, we ordered a pot of Chai and Snow Monkey Plum and they were both delicious. The Chai was perfectly spiced and warm and the Snow Monkey Plum was wonderfully fresh, sweet, and juicy.

The shop is also so nice and has the cutest gifts and treats! We ran into one of the owners (Tabina, I believe!) and she was so kind and helpful. This is worth the trip and we will absolutely be back for more soon!

My 3 granddaughters and I had a wonderful time! They loved all the lights and decorations. One said we need to make this a tradition! Great idea!

Very cute quaint tearoom! out of the way but worth going just to experience it. the food was a bit pricy (which is expected for this type of place) but very tasty, and the dark chocolate mousse cake was incredible. I want to come back again to experience the afternoon tea! definitely a central florida hidden gem.
