went there Friday night. think it was the waiters first day on job. He tried hard. he wrote our orders down repeated in back. when kitchen sent out food it wasn't correct. two of us ordered red sauce on pasta. And separate checks when we first sat down. The ck came out as one hand written not added up. Then Bill was split but not added up. Ordered salad with gorgnzola cheese on it for $1.95 extra.. it was (tiny specks of cheese) wouldn't know it was there if we didn't order it. Waiter asked it we were finished if we want dishes removed we said yes and dishes were still there when we left. also sat up front and feels like a small pizza shop. The back part is pretty.Been there before and was fine that's why we went back but this was very disappointing..And it was very noisy cause they kept dragging chairs around to set up tables.

4 of us Went back after couple of years of being there and have to say we were disappointed. $1,95 for gongenzola on a salad and it had( specks) of it on it..our waiter seemed new wrote everything down repeated it to us when kitchen brought it out side pasta wasn't in red sauce. Took it back. Very noisy dragging chairs around to set up tables. Sat in front part felt like we were in a pizzarea not a restaurant. Asked for separate cks all came on one had to get it corrected. One soup came out and 3 salads came out 10 minutes later.and the check wasn't added up it was handwritten. The place looks like it needs to be updated.

I was the only patron inside and had to ask for drink refills twice. The tortellini soup tasted as if it was assembled carelessly. It was basically salt water with chicken pieces and tortellini. I woulda had better soup from a can.

This restaurant serves the most underwhelming Italian food. Everything taste like it is store bought and warmed up in a microwave. Save yourself some time and skip this restaurant!

This closed at 9pm and we went at 7:30. We were the only ones there. Staff is very friendly and of course the service was fast since we were the only ones. We asked if the servings were large enough for two people so we could share. She said yes and she would bring out two plates. My husband ordered the pasta tomato soup. Looked good but very salty. The dinner came out and the sauce was very watery and also very salty. The dessert was good. On the way home we noticed that we were overcharged and we called. Come to find out they charged 5.00 to split the dinner. The waitress never told us and the guy on the phone said it’s on the menu. Maybe it is but we never noticed it. We will not be back

I arrived to pick up baked ziti to go with meat Sauce. Come home to find ziti noodles in a penne vodka looking sauce with no cheese. No marinara sauce was used in this meal. Granted ok maybe it’s the end of the night and I got the scraps. Ordered a cannoli and it was $8.88 it was about 3 inches long not completely filled lol. I’m from New Jersey so we know Italian and this was not Italian. I encourage them to do way better on recipes, won’t frequent there again till there’s improvement on here.

Very nice place the atmosphere is great customer service was great the two women I dealt with were very nice and professional. I really didn't care about the pizza that I got. I only ate one slice and threw the rest out. But everybody's taste is different. I may try some other dinners they have there check them out. Overall if you want a real nice clean cozy place that's the place to go.

We make a point to go Luigi's every time we visit family in Lake Alfred. We've never had a bad visit here. While the restaurant may be on the smaller side, it's personable, and the staff are always close.Keep up the great work. I wish we had a Luigi's in our hometown in Georgia.

Nice, small restaurant with only 5 or 6 tables. The bread upfront was lovely and home made. Our main courses were good, the pasta arabiata was delicious and fiery, the pasta bolognese was great, but my meat dish in marsala sauce could have been served with a bit more pasta, and not mixed in with the meat, but on the side, but the taste was very nice.We liked it and wil, visit again.Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options available, pasta arabiata and a few more...

The worst lasagna ever. One layer of boiled hamburger and one of ricotta. The rest, just noodles. What little sauce was used was like Campbell's vegetable soup. Runny and no taste to any of it. The price for the meal wasn't bad until you saw what it was. Sorry we traveled almost an hour to try something different.

We had (a party of 4) and we all agree that we don't like the service received, the food was not as we expected. We encourage them to improve and be better because they are local in Lake Alfred and we love to support and follow the local businesses. We ordered 3 different dishes but no one fits our minimum expectations.
