Just went there and they didn't want to make a fresh chalupa for me in the drive thru. Cashier said I have to go inside because take 10 minutes to make a fresh chalupa. For real since when, I used to work at TB and to fry a chalupa it's like 35 seconds.

I live in Lake Alfred and frequent the Taco Bell in town. I typically go through the drive through but on occasion I dine in. I planned on dinning in today but there were no handicap spots available. I am paraplegic and use a wheelchair and have a lift to get my chair in and out of my vehicle so I used the drive through and parked in the parking lot to eat. While sitting there eating I was disturbed to find out and employee was utilizing the handicap parking. This infuriates me beyond belief. This is unacceptable.

They didn't get my order correct, and therefore, since we went through the drive-through and they put everything on my husband's taco that he asked them not to, we were unable to eat our lunch that we paid for. They even had the correct way to make our order on our receipt; they just didn't care to do their job correctly. Very disappointed.

They did not make my order correctly; therefore, I was not able to eat lunch. I specifically said no lettuce or tomato on my taco. I reiterated plainly that I wanted meat and cheese only. I did not have time to turn around and get the order corrected on my lunch break. They received my money, and I went without lunch. It was a simple taco. Not a hard task.

Food was cold and there were just to many beans on my nachos no meat.. I asked for a crunchy taco got a soft one. The food was awful the customer service was good but the food was horrible total trash..
