I went through the drive thru and placed my order. When I got home they forgot my Mexican Pizza. Went back down there and they made my order over. Got to the car and my husband called and said all his stuff had sour cream on it (requested no sour cream) went back in there and told the manager Latrel about my problem and he replaced my whole order and not one time did he seem upset. Please cut the grass at the restaurant. They just built the store, it’s very nice and already the property is unkept. If I were the General Manager and paid a visit to the “new store”, I’d be asking the store manager why a brand new store is being neglected.
I have been waiting for this to open and was so happy to see it in Lake Alfred. Went today and was more than satisfied. Everything was great, including wonderful employees. Same great Taco Bell taste. Will be back there again real soon. So convenient to get to from our house.
