OK but not great. Ambience was cool but the dessert was lackluster at best

This place has a cute vibe as a 1950s soda shop. Restaurant is not that big or spacious but that didn’t really bother us.

Grilled cheese and tomato soup were yummy. Patty melt was a little dry. Chili cheese tots were delicious! Fair warning though they come with lots of sour cream Would like to try the steak fries.

My husband really enjoyed the brownie sundae. More of a cake brownie than fudgy. The mint chocolate chunk ice cream was also particularly good!

I wouldn’t pick this place over others at Disney but for basic food that’s nearby to your resort it fits the bill.

Been there twice and obviously they are known for their ice cream, but first time I had the impossible burger and places like this at Disney have become the standard on how to measure a place for a good impossible burger. This time I tried the grilled cheese and when I asked our server if the tomato soup is good enough or if i should substitute it with fries, he went and brought some for me to try.
Great service, great food (not many options if you come with kids, but the ice cream after will be good enough reason for them to be satisfied with the choices).

Visited at 10pm on a Friday evening and the restaurant was practically empty. There were many available tables and booths. We joined the walk up list since there weren’t any available reservations left for the last hour of the evening (although the restaurant was empty). With a sleeping toddler in a stroller and 32 weeks pregnant; we were told the only place we could sit would be the counter because walk ups can only sit at the counter. Despite half of the restaurant having empty, available booths and tables, and a sleeping toddler in a stroller — we were told we could not enter the restaurant with the stroller or sit anywhere else except for the high top counter. When inquiring about taking our meal to go, they said it was not an option. They refused to prepare any meals to go. The staff was incredibly rude and unapologetic. Very sad and unfortunate a resort as expensive as this cannot accommodate expectant mothers with young children. This is a warning to any family looking for an evening meal at the resort — your options are very limited!

Excellent service. It is advisable to make a reservation on the Disney app. Very good food, but the jewel is the ice cream. The ice creams are large portions, to share.

I attempted to sit at a table outside while waiting for the rest of my party and was rudely informed by Rosa at the podium that the tables were reserved for guests only. Now, the resort area was empty due to pool refurbishments. I said I was waiting for others, she asked if we had a reservation I said no, so she instructed me to wait elsewhere and come back with everyone. We decided to walk the boardwalk and try their new corn dogs-highly recommend btw.

Greeter was excellent. Table service was slow in and not real busy restaurant. Food was mediocre at best. Kids meals are available at about $12.50 and a fair value. Overall I wasn’t impressed. I did however like the no way Jose but with a substitution of coffee ice cream. Unfortunately I don’t see us returning here.

Kid-friendliness: Kids meal options available at a fair price

ETA January 22, 2025: since it's cold for the first time during one of our vacations to Disney, we weren't sure our Beaches and Cream visit made sense. Ice cream when it's cold? ...yup! I also had a plate of French fries which were so crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. My brother and I split a No Way Jose too and it was just perfection. My parents had a classic banana split and my mom really enjoyed the bits of strawberry in the strawberry ice cream scoop.

I had a delicious grilled cheese sandwich with tomato bisque and a Frozen Sunshine shake, and the No Way Jose is amazing!

Beaches & Cream at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth. While the menu offers tasty comfort food, the desserts are the true stars. Their milkshakes are perfectly creamy, generously portioned, and topped with whimsical garnishes.

The showstopper is the iconic “Kitchen Sink” sundae, a massive creation with eight scoops of ice cream, every topping imaginable, and a mountain of whipped cream—a dessert and a spectacle in one! For something more manageable, the No Way José, a heavenly combo of peanut butter, chocolate, and hot fudge, is equally indulgent.

With its retro vibe and friendly service, Beaches & Cream is the ultimate spot to treat yourself to Disney’s best ice cream.

This place is overrated. My bacon ranch chicken sandwich was bland and dry. The tater tots were old and overcooked. The strawberry shortcake wasn’t good. The vanilla ice cream was bland and “icy” tasty think watery, nothing like Blue Bell ice cream, not creamy or flavorful. Not enough strawberries, the “sauce” was more watery than I’d like not syrupy at all.

It was $8, Braums’ is better and half the price.

The service of course was great. Everyone was so kind and helpful and attentive. The food was honestly absolutely terrible. I almost never write reviews but I'm so bummed we spent $150 on frozen hamburger patties, frozen tots and a crappy milkshake that was more milk than ice cream. I think the park may have better burgers than this. I didn't have super high expectations but the food was truly terrible.

Kid-friendliness: Our girls were happy and that was a plus for sure. But so many other places we could have gone with more decent food where they could have also gotten something they liked

This is one of our favorite lunch spots at Disney and this last visit was great as usual! Get a reservation at Beach Club or try the walk-up ice cream window. Good sandwiches, yummy onion rings, and save room for the amazing ice cream sundaes! We loved the No Way Jose, Chocolate brownie Shake, and brownie sundae. Shout out to Elisa-best waitress ever! If you get the kitchen sink (8 scoops & all the toppings), a siren goes off and fun things happen.

Dietary restrictions: My daughter has a peanut/treenut/sesame allergy and they have a separate allergy menu, which put our minds at ease.

Kid-friendliness: Super kid-friendly with a great kids menu, fun atmosphere and kid-sized desserts

Waste of money. We ate here and had a 3 burgers, grilled cheese with tomato soup and the Kitchen Sink ice cream. The bill was $130 before gratuity. The grilled cheese and tomato soup were awful. They both seemed to have a lot of sugar/sweetness that is not typical in grilled cheese or tomato soup. The food was inedible. The ice cream was good of course because it’s hard to mess up ice cream. Absolutely not a repeat.

We were excited to finally get here, but when we got here, they were out of the kitchen sink that people raved about. We got a few ice cream shakes that were very good and came in plastic mason jars. The staff was nice, but I am not sure I will be going back there for ice cream in the future, it also cost around 50 bucks for all of us cause each specialty shake was 15 a piece.
