They served us somewhat poorly and then they come to the table to say that please do a survey and they will give us a dessert.I wasted 10 minutes doing it and the email never arrived, I go and complain showing the screen and they tell me that without email they can't do anything

This is our third trip to blaze in disney springs, the first time was amazing, the second awful (burned pizza) and so we figured we should give it another shot as we haven't been there in a while.Well, it looks like they still haven't mastered their ovens, as some pizzas came out ok, some came out to crispy Dave Portnoy would throw them out.Seriously, at some point you go from crispy to burned, and at this price point, they should be able to produce a decent pie.

It was crazy crowded, but the line moves pretty quickly. We were able to find a table. Pizza was crispy and tasty. Service was a little slow, but expected given the massive rush of people. I would definitely get pizza here again.
