Bacon was our server extremely attentive and extremely knowledgeable. There was an issue with our steak and it was immediately taken care of and the manager personally took care of and made sure it was good. Next level of customer service. Food was great!

Opentable Diner

The entire experience was well worth the money. The food was one of the best meals my wife and I have had and we eat out very much weekly. Great place for a special occasion or client dinner. KEVIN, our waiter for the night is a true pro veteran waiter for the business, and knew the menu like he was the chef. Strong recommendation and let the wait staff guide you through the menu for your best experience from arrival to capping the night off on the balcony with the Disney fireworks show. Based on opinions, and being a native in Orlando, I would say the best restaurant in Orlando. Their only negative experience is the cooking smells that hang with you and your clothes if you dine in the main dining room, but that is a minor thing to look past for the Michelin dining experience.

Food was overall good.. service/server Christian was very good. Window view table was good but A/C was too cold and hi velocity. Our meals were stone cold halfway through..😞

Walking into a Michelin-starred establishment, expectations naturally soar. Unfortunately, this particular evening served as a stark reminder that even the most prestigious accolades cannot guarantee a flawless experience. The troubles began before we even reached our table. The elevator was not working, forcing guests to find someone from the hotel personnel to help - hardly the seamless experience one anticipates when paying premium prices. While staff apologized for the inconvenience, it set an unfortunate tone for the evening ahead. The steak, ostensibly the restaurant's signature dish, arrived at our table with proper presentation but failed where it mattered most. Despite what appeared to be skilled preparation, the meat was disappointingly cold by the time it reached us. For a $135 dish temperature control should be non-negotiable. Perhaps most puzzling was the children's menu offering. What arrived looked more suited to a theme park buffet than a Michelin-starred kitchen. The plating lacked finesse, and the overall execution felt like an afterthought—as if the culinary team simply couldn't be bothered to maintain their standards for younger diners. The black cod proved equally problematic. This fish, when prepared correctly, should showcase delicate flavors and pristine freshness. Instead, we were served what appeared to be lower-grade fish that hadn't been cooked properly. The texture was off, and the overall quality raised questions about sourcing and preparation standards. Dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant shouldn't require making excuses for basic service failures or subpar food quality. While the restaurant's reputation may have earned it prestigious recognition in the past, our experience suggests that current standards have slipped considerably. At these price points, excellence should be the baseline, not the exception

Unfortunately the 2 paellas were overcooked (burned on the pan) for sure something went wrong since this is not the quality we use to see at Capa

Yahaira was amazing! She was our waitress and she took great care of us. Everyone at Capa were so nice and were smiling. We celebrated our anniversary and everyone wished us a happy anniversary and thanked us for celebrating with them. We started with some tapas, we loved the pan con tomate con manchego. The steak was amazing. The desserts were incredible! We had the churros and the coulant con dulce de leche. We will go back just to have the desserts again! The whole experience was amazing, the entire staff was so welcoming and made the night so special for us. Yahaira came over and let us know when the fireworks were about to begin so we could go out and watch while we waited for the food. They kept our drinks full and checked on us plenty throughout the night.

Amazing experience with excellent service! The wagyu beef was top quality—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend

Capa in Orlando delivers on every level. The steakhouse sits on the 17th floor of the Four Seasons with a spectacular view. If you time it right, you will have a worldly view of the Disney fireworks. The food is top notch; steaks are perfect, small plates were strong, and every dish has a purpose. Service is always sharp without ever being over the top. The vibe strikes the right balance between upscale and comfortable. Pricey, but worth every dollar (plus some). Special shoutout to our favorite server, Kevin!

Booked Capa for dinner to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and wow, did Capa deliver on such a special occasion. First, they were extremely accommodating as I made a mistake adding the time to my calendar and was 30 minutes late. They nonetheless held a table with a beautiful view for us and were extremely polite and seated us right away when we arrived. Juan, our server, was over-the-top as well as the others attending to our dining experience. The food was amazing. For appetizers we had the pork belly and the fried cauliflower - both outstanding. For the main course, The Delmonico was one of the best steaks I have ever tasted. They also surprised us with bubbly and an amazing desert with hand scripted chocolate sauce wishing us a happy anniversary. We went out on the patio for great views of the Disney firework show after dinner, and had the opportunity to see another couple getting engaged - which brought tears to our eyes and just a bonus to the entire evening.

Capa's staff and their attention to detail to the entire experience made our 30th anniversary truly something we will always remember.

Capa Steakhouse is one of our absolute favorite restaurants! We've been several times and it’s always amazing. We recently ate there to celebrate our anniversary and had the best experience! Joshua was absolutely outstanding, so kind and attentive. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, and the food is incredible. The steaks are some of the best we've ever had, and we love the unique flavor combinations. The atmosphere is great, and the view of Orlando from outside is beautiful. Can’t wait to go back!

Capa at Four Seasons Orlando offers an extraordinary Michelin-dining experience that is nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—attentive, warm, and knowledgeable. The food was absolutely delicious. Favorites included the mouthwatering tapas, the perfectly cooked bone-in ribeye, and the exquisite seafood paella.

To top it all off, the views were breathtaking. Watching Disney fireworks light up the night sky added an enchanting touch that truly made the evening unforgettable.

If you're looking for phenomenal food, exceptional service, and an incredible ambiance, Capa is the place to be. Highly recommend for a special night out!

Capa punches above its weight class, deserving at least one more Michelin Star. The whole experience was exceptional, and we will certainly be back. Thank you for a magical evening!
