Our waiter was nice, the food was okay, but not the caliber of a Michelin Stared establishment. The sides were suposed to be puree, but seemed more like soup or gravy.
No wonder we were one of a couple tables with guests. If I wanted to pay to much and not get anything near worth it, I'd eat here.
Given the managers poor customer service, I will not vote for this place with my dollar ever again and I urge you as potential patrons to treat yourself better than this establishment will.

Consider it’s Four Seasons I do fell writing this is will help make them better. I went up at 6pm with a concierge. No greeting from anyone off the elevator. After some time I went to them and asked for a seat away from people. Instead I was given a bar seat with my back to the elevator. Every real male knows we don’t sit with our backs open. The place was empty and see said they were full. Even the bar tender was amazed. This was Thursday Sept. 4th 2025. The food was great and the bar tender was very nice.

This place was absolutely fantastic for a special occasion dinner. We were in Orlando for vacation and wanted to dine at a Michelin star rated restaurant. If you love steak, you cannot go wrong here. The pork belly and dates tapas were incredible. The steaks were done to perfection and the desserts were imaginative and delectable. Our server Josh took the best care of us from start to finish, striking the perfect balance between warm & approachable, and classically high-end. It’s a splurge, but for the right occasion it’s absolutely worth it!
Dinner at Capa was exceptional. From the start, our server Katie made the experience stand out. She knew the menu inside and out, guided us through the options with confidence, and struck the perfect balance of attentiveness without ever being intrusive.
The food itself was memorable across the board. The foie gras was seared just right, rich and smooth over the toasted bread. The bacon-wrapped dates were a great mix of sweet and smoky… Simple but addictive. The porterhouse was cooked beautifully, tender inside with a great char on the outside. The seafood paella had layers of flavor, from the rice that carried a hint of the sea to the sweetness of the scallops and shrimp, with the charred lemon tying it all together. Even the roasted cauliflower surprised us: flavorful, nicely seasoned, and plated in a way that made it feel special.
Desserts sealed the deal. The churros were crisp, light, and perfectly paired with the dipping sauce, while the chocolate coulant was rich and decadent without being heavy.
Katie’s service elevated everything. She anticipated needs before we had to ask and made thoughtful recommendations throughout the evening.

I’m from Saudi Arabia, and it was truly a wonderful experience at this restaurant. And Adam was such a kind and welcoming person to me and my brothers. Thank you for this special experience.
Wonderful place, amazing food and perfect service. The layout is a bit odd, but it’s to be expected from the top of a hotel I guess.
We told our server what we like, and she choose all of our dishes very well.

My husband took me to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday. The staff was extremely attentive, and our waitress provided excellent service.
The food was spectacular — the croquettes and the desserts were incredible. However, the meat was one of the worst I’ve had, especially for a Michelin-rated restaurant. It was very tough and chewy, even though we ordered it medium.
The view from the restaurant and the overall service were excellent.
