My husband and I had an impromptu date night and discovered neither of us had been to Enzo's yet. We were promptly seated in one of the nooks; the “tunnel” ambience was very cool. Our server was very attentive, items were brought out quickly, but we never felt rushed. The portions were large, the drinks were great, and everything was very delicious. We'll definitely be back! 
We went a couple months ago and it was amazing, but there were only 2 of us - me and my husband. Because it was so great, we decided to take our family. It was very poor for 2 reasons. The front person who checked us in, Emily, was very rude, aggressive and impatient. Then our server, Widya, apparently knew that she was guaranteed getting an 18% gratuity added, because she completely ignored us, being very attentive to her smaller tables. She brought water for everyone except...
Upon arrival we were kindly greeted by the host staff. We waited for a couple minutes and were seated rather quickly. Our server was very helpful with knowledge of dishes and cocktails. Appetizers got to the table faster than I thought they would. The server gave us time to visit before making a stop again. Entrees were sent in and not long after arrived to the table. The ambience was nice and cozy. The temperature was a bit cold but we expected it for being “underground”...
