Was nice but we felt ignored as the table next to us had lots of “visits” from kitchen staff and servers. We overheard that it was an employee dining.

Really like Rick Bayless restaurants in other cities and his recipes. The food here is presented poorly and in small quantum's. Beans were dry and crumbly. Steak taco meat was fatty and unevenly cooked with 3 small sliver of overcooked poblano peppers. Crispy habanero chicken was ok as the sauce was good but very little rice and plantain with it, maybe 2 Yablespoons at best. Margarita ok but all ice. Mediocre service as only one waiter seemed interested . He was not ours. Go elsewhere for your fix of Mexican food

Our server Sam, helped to make our dinner fantastic! She was attentive and patient with all our questions. The food was delicious and fresh; the decor and music perfect. Don't pass up this Disney Springs gem for a big box restaurant- it was beyond delicious!

This was our second visit to the restaurant and it did not disappoint. We considered this one of the best Mexican restaurants in Florida and Rick Bayless should be proud. The staff are both professional and friendly and they really go out of the way to make sure their customers are taken care of. Menu has a great variety of items to choose from. Karla our server was fantastic. Yes it is a bit pricey but you are in Disney Springs .

I've wanted to try this place for a long time. We went on a Friday evening at 6:45. It was a peak time but we made a reservation. They got us our table in around 5 minutes. Our waiter Sam/Samantha was great! Awesome personality. We have 2 small children and she interacted with to make it feel special. She went over her favorites on the menu and went very in-depth to the flavors of these plates. She knew the dinner and drink menu VERY well. We have a great experience. We will definitely go back the next time we come to Orlando.

Food, drinks and service were all fantastic during weekend brunch. The mariachi were a great bonus!

I'm not a spicy food gal so I struggled to find a dinner that suited me. I ordered Carne Asada and it was very good, cooked as requested. My companion loved her dinner. She needed a gluten and dairy free meal and the waitress made sure her meal was correct. After we left we received a call that we left a jacket behind and the staff called to let us know. Grateful for Open Table that we were able to be contacted. Thank you for great service and a positive dining experience.

Our family had the privilege of dining at this restaurant as part of our son Aaden's Make-A-Wish trip, and the experience was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, every staff member—from our amazing waitress to the kind manager—treated us with such warmth and care. What touched us the most was a beautiful moment at the end of our meal: a very special person named Sam came to our table and offered to say a prayer for Aaden and our family. It was so unexpected and so deeply moving—it brought me to tears. It was exactly what my heart needed, and I'll never forget it. This wasn't just a dinner—it was a moment of peace, love, and kindness in the middle of a journey that isn't always easy. Thank you to the entire team for giving us a memory that will stay with us forever. 💙🙏 Highly, highly recommend for not just the amazing food, but the incredible people behind it.

Ended up here spur of the moment on a recent trip. Food and service were excellent. The Barbacoa Quesadilla and Shrimp Tacos were both delicious and we absolutely loved the guacamole.

Food came out cold...all of it. Tortilla soup was really good, but it was lukewarm. Potatoes were cold and we sent them back and they brought another one back cold too. Steak and beans were also cold. Service was good but the food must have been sitting on the counter for a while to be that cold.

The food was excellent, and we did the bite 30 menus, which was a great value. My only areas of critique was the wait time with a reservation, as we checked in 10 min early, but didn't get seated until 15 min after our reservation time. Also, the server we had was very kind, and never told us I don't know, as we had some questions and she stated she was new. The issue is not with the server, as she was great, but I believe having a better training or someone with the trainees would be beneficial. Overall we had a great night out of celebration and the mariachi band was a lot of fun!

Great food, great service! We arrived late for our reservation, and they accommodated us anyways.

My friends and I went for Bite30. So much food. I'll go back and happily order the tortilla soup. It was delicious. Betty wants to try the sugar skull dessert. We all enjoyed our food and said it was worth returning. My chonchinita pibil was excellent. Also the Quatros Leche cake was very good. So much whipped cream. It was slightly loud for talking between our group at the table. It's definitely great food and I will return.

Every time we go the food is perfect. Service is great. There is no going wrong here. Probably best of all Disney Springs restaurants.
