There’s a long queue in the morning, breakfast options are rather limited and the staff is rude.
Fast food service, good coffee but overpriced overall.

(Dec 2024) During our stay at the Dolphin, my wife and I had all our breakfast meals here.
The best part is that this place opens at 6:00am, whereas other similar places at nearby hotels open later.
I was initially skeptical given the low reviews but we went to Fuel several different mornings for a quick breakfast before heading to the parks. Service was quick and well organized, we never waited more than a few minutes. We could have mobile ordered but service was so quick the first time that we didn't feel the need to. There were numerous options, drinks were made to order (with no errors). Pricey yes but it's within the Disney bubble, we knew what we were getting into!
We grabbed coffee in the morning on the way to the parks and some tinned drinks in the evening to watch the fireworks from our balcony, service was nice but wow prices high even for Disney !!
Pastry employee was rude, abrupt and never smiled. Cashiers were very friendly. Visited 11/26/2024
Fuel Managers Serena (night manager) and Josh (morning supervisor) were amazing and very accommodating for food allergies. They listened and made sure I was okay with everything. Truly, they made me feel like a pretty princess for a weekend getaway.

Shoutout to Josh and Jose at fuel. I’m hoping I got their names correct. I was super indecisive and Jose helped me pick out a sandwich. Josh was super nice when he was cashing me out.

The food and drinks were tasty and well prepared. The staff was friendly.
During my recent stay, I forgot my room key one night. Luis was working at the time and he was terrific! He found a way for me to pay for my things without my room key and he was also extremely helpful and attentive the entire time. His kindness and friendliness truly made my experience much more enjoyable. Luis is a perfect example of great customer service!
They are the worst in customer service. On our first day, the cashier behind the register charged me twice and did not apologize. The manager who tried to refund the double charge was extremely rude and did not apologize as well. They chat nonstop behind the register, not paying attention to the long line of customers waiting to place orders. They look like they don't want any customers around.
