Don’t start your day here unless you just want black coffee. The sandwiches are pre-prepared and taste awful like they’ve been sitting out all night. The Mickey waffles were OK. The staff seem like they were ready to go home.

(Dec 2024) During our stay at the Dolphin, my wife and I had all our breakfast meals here.
The best part is that this place opens at 6:00am, whereas other similar places at nearby hotels open later.

I was initially skeptical given the low reviews but we went to Fuel several different mornings for a quick breakfast before heading to the parks. Service was quick and well organized, we never waited more than a few minutes. We could have mobile ordered but service was so quick the first time that we didn't feel the need to. There were numerous options, drinks were made to order (with no errors). Pricey yes but it's within the Disney bubble, we knew what we were getting into!
